All Things Britney Spears - Thread No. 8

I actually dreamed about Britney last night, that she killed herself by stepping right in front of a speeding car and it was caught on video and TMZ kept showing it over and over. It was a creepy dream.

Will the Feds take this case over?

Alexandra Leichter, a family law attorney said this about the Lutfi gang trying to get this matter taken up in Federal Court:

"This is strictly a state matter. The fed court will not take jurisdiction of this case. That is so far-fetched and off the wall," said Leichter. "They'll laugh them out of court."

Maybe it is just me, but Lutfti has gone from being a slime ball preying on a person's mental illness, to being an obsessive slime ball that doesn't get that his creepy game is over and done with. I hope the feds look at the case and then rip Lutfi a new one for trying to interfere in her well-being.

And doesn't that just get all? IMO, he's pushing his luck. And his new PR person is as odd as he is.

I don't understand why they can't find Lufti to serve him with the papers. If his new PR person knows where he is and speaks to him, which he must for this federal motion to be made then how hard is it to find Sam? Can't they tap phones or follow the new PR guy to meeting locations?

When all is said and done I think Lufti will be shown for the slimeball he is..as someone earlier says there has to be more to it then this for LA PD to try so hard to serve him and him to try to avoid being served a restraining order..theres more here then we are currently aware of.

Britney's Lawyers Prepare for Custody Hearing

Attorneys for Britney Spears return to court Tuesday morning for the first scheduled custody hearing since the pop star's most recent hospitalization.

Insiders doubt there will be any major change from the current custody arrangement, which bars Spears from visiting her sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1. (She is, however, allowed telephone contact.) Still, it's possible the 26-year-old singer – who hasn't seen the boys since her Jan. 3 standoff with police – could be awarded some temporary physical access.

Surely after all the recent developments she could get some supervised access at least.

K-Fed to Brit - Take the Kiddies for a While

We're told K-Fed has no prob allowing the kids to visit Brit at her home, with one string attached - that Brit's parents are present during the visits.

We hear K-Fed isn't worried that anything bad would happen to the kids, his biggest concern is that Britney might drive with them, but Jamie would be there to put the kibosh on that.

Sources also say K-Fed doesn't want custody 100% of the time - it's just too much. He'd like Britney to share custody or at least visitation.

Yep. custody 100% of the time is just too much.

Dear Kfed,
"Ya'll' should have used birth control if 'ya'll' didn't want kids.:slap: :banghead:
Put your big boy paints on and take responsibility for the seeds you've sown.

TMZ print that 'sources say' Kevin doesn't want 100% custody. I would take that with a pinch of salt. TMZ pay their photogs to literally hang off the ambulance that took Britney to hospital the first time. I don't think we should judge Kevin Federline, who stepped up and took the children at a crucial time and did the right thing. Of course, they are his children and he should have taken them, but he could have gone for photo op after photo op and played dirty, but he didn't. All he is doing is trying to get his boys re-united with their ill mother, who also seems to be heading back on track.

I gotta tell you, his stock has certainly risen for me these past few months.

I hope he is doing this for the kids and not his pocket. We have no idea though. I do have a problem with his lawyer NOT wanting a gag order. That seems very strange to me.:waitasec:

Hmm...I don't know about anything concerning a gag order, or lack thereof, so I can't comment on that. I am intrigued tho, can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks so much, it's the first time I have read about that and I follow Perez like a puppy. (What? I am not working at the moment!! )

I honestly don't know what to make of it, though. Like you, I don't know why he would object to it, but I don't see why it makes him a baddie? If I am missing the elephant in the room, now would be a good time to introduce us!!! :D

LOL...no elephant but in most child custody cases everyone involved wants things kept under wraps for the kids sake. I am guessing here but I think he lets out all the tidbits about Britney that aren't captured by the paps. He does a great job at making his client look like a saint.
