Just having a belated catch up here and read some of the comments about the drawing of TM's house in the diary/journal. Could it be that the daughters would at time be staying over at TM's and Allison wanted to know the layout. I know if my children were staying with ex and new g/friend that I would want to know about sleeping arrangements etc. Just a thought.

Anything could be possible, good thoughts because I heard in the very early news reports that ABC & GBC were estranged. The house drawing is one of life's mysteries & I can't wait to find the answer. :banghead:

Any suggestions to find the court listings?? I've been trying to find out when the case will be on but I must be on the wrong track. I'm finding it strange there are no Media updates or news. Total blackout maybe?

I think way back in an earlier thread tht idea was mooted seems to be the most logical explanation for the map

Estranged can mean many things to many people. But some reports indicated that they didn't sleep in the same room.

The court list can be found here. But I don't think they list until the morning. And I doubt the media would bother before tomorrow's proceeding anyway. And even then our questions will not be answered. Unless he pleads guilty!!!

Hi all, haven't posted much but been reading all your very informative posts, thank you.

they'll get you, you mentioned some posts back re the Plan of Mistress' home found in ABC's Diary drawn by GBC. I have been thinking about that, many posts ago I remember someone saying not sure who it was, along the lines:

If it had been discussed in Counselling that there may be a marriage split on the cards (I think it's likely , as ABC knew who GBC would have been moving in with, (leaving the other floozies out of it for the moment), that she, as a mother, would have wanted to know the set up of the rooms inside the house for her daughters when GBC had access (I feel sick). Maybe that's why he drew the plan of the house. That's just only one idea but the only one I can come up with as well. Of course there may be more.

Also on the subject of houses

Just out of interest: the Lease of the Brookfield Rental was going to expire on or around the 26th June. If GBC had intention to leave his Family by 1st July, he would not be signing another Lease. The family had been living there for 6 years and paying $450 p.w. rent. approx $129,600 in 6 years. Why did he not rent a property through C21 I wonder. That amount would be peanuts to him. Anyway it would be very interesting to see the what the accountants are finding, with the mess of all those companies he and the Skull Manor Mob have been dabbling in, changing names around etc. the Accountants would be having a field day.

I too have wondered why there was a map of the house TM lived in. Why would Allison have it and why was it drawn in the first place?
Did gbc draw it, whilst making plans to get rid of TM instead of Allison? If he owed TM a substantial amount of money and if she was putting pressure on him to pay it back now or leave Allison? Could he have thought she had become a huge liability so he would get rid of her. After all we know he already had two others to take her place.
Did Allison find his map and other info that made her realize he was thinking of doing something like that. She confronts him and then unfortunately becomes the victim instead of TM.
This is all pure speculation on my part. Am I really losing the plot now lol

This is another possibility enthralled, it's bothering quite a few of us by the looks. Good theory. I'm losing the plot too!

Re bomb scare
I am pretty sure it eas earlier in this thread I posted a MSM news video that said the bomb scare was aimed at GBC according to police. I will have another look in the morning for it

As far as the girls visiting their Dad at the jail, I think it would be damaging on so many levels. Someone said - he is innocent until proven guilty so maybe he should be allowed. It is not about GBC and his rights, it is about what is best for the girls. Jail is no place for sweet little innocent girls, and who knows what they've been told about what happened? I can think of a list of reasons why it would be bad for them, and I think the situation is way beyond the issue of them missing their Dad and getting the chance to see him. Clearly it is not that simplistic.

Thanks guys for going to the Court. Not sure what time it is on as the times won't be released until early morning. I might be able to slip out during lunch if it is around that time. If not I'll look forward to reading reports. It may be totally uneventful, or it might at least have a few bits of new information. God I hope so, I am getting mighty sick of the rehashing. I think it has got to the stage where some things have been forgotten or new people are unaware. There is a risk of coming to wrong conclusions due to basically the confusion that develops with all the rehashing, newbies, and the absence of a large enough group of people who have been around from the beginning. This is no ones fault, it is just this whole time factor thing and no new info coming out.

I just want to see progress and justice for Allison, as I know you all do. PLEEASE god let there be some new info tomorrow!!

I didn't mean he should be allowed personally. I merely stated that in the eyes of the law he is innocent until proven guilty. I agree it's about the welfare of the girls but that doesnt mean remanded inmates don't push for visitation IF allowed by court/remand centre. That is all I meant by my post.
