I see the reporters are still getting their suburbs mixed up :banghead:

After sitting in the courtroom yesterday, taking my own notes and reading the news articles later in the day, I realised how much they get wrong and publish. I'm not bagging the media in any way. I had difficulty hearing Mahony and Boyle as they were facing away from us. We're only human after all.

I'm watching ten news and no mention. After reading your post I went into absolute meltdown trying to find the remote so I could change channels. The remote had fallen down between the lounge cushions and I was panicking when I couldn't see it. Oh dear, my desperation for more info lol

Hopefully the Prosecution could equally paint a picture of allegedly collusive and damaging family/work relationships which worked against Allison, disrespected her so badly over a significant period of time, dismissed her as insignificant, colluded to keep secrets from her, tarnished her reputation in a way she could not defend, who did not bother search for her when she was missing, but were happy to allege in the media that she suffered from depression, who did not call for her murderer to be caught, then wanted to carry on as 'normal' after her death as if her life was insignificant. Just a thought. My opinion only, not fact.

Apparently Geoff Dickie has lodged documents with the court in relation to Allison's will, her property etc. so that the Dickies can pay outstanding bills, presumedly in Allison's name. These papers have been served on GBC in jail. The court hearing is sheduled for tomorrow morning but don't expect GBC to be there.

maybe the prosecutions plan of attack is putting one of the girls on the stand?
i really hope not and hope they didnt hear or see anything, but there is that possibility.

I remember at age 9 my parents got divorced and thinking at the time that I wish I had more say about things, that I didn't get the opportunity to have my points heard. This must be excruciating for the BC girls right now, but if (IF) any one of them has something to say and it's not heard then I personally believe they may feel when they grow up that they weren't heard, that they didn't get a say, that they perhaps didn't help their mother (or father) as much has they could have, etc, etc.

Apparently Geoff Dickie has lodged documents with the court in relation to Allison's will, her property etc. so that the Dickies can pay outstanding bills, presumedly in Allison's name. These papers have been served on GBC in jail. The court hearing is sheduled for tomorrow morning but don't expect GBC to be there.

Possibly also to prevent GBC using the funds from Allison's life insurance to pay for his legal costs. Fingers & toes crossed for Geoff Dickie tomorrow.

If they could afford $500,000 bail money they can afford to pay out on the estate to the Dickies.

Why do the BCs have control of the estate? Surely no insurance policy payout. What would the estate be? Allison's superannuation?
