A PACKED public gallery has turned out to the Brisbane Supreme Court to hear accused wife killer Gerard Baden-Clay's second bid for bail.

Prosecutor Danny Boyle will oppose the bail application, heard before Justice Peter Applegarth.

Baden-Clay's sister Olivia Walton is in court for the hearing.

Baden-Clay was not required to attend

It is his lawyers job to try any and everything to get him out, they (including Gerard) dont care about Allison.

We should probably wait until the case for the defence is a bit clearer - i.e. WHY the case for suicide is as strong as that for murder.

A lot would depend on the cause of death - which we don't know yet.

There is also the question of just HOW she got to Kholo Creek, of course....
