I am interested in who has permission to update the 'Peerage' website because last time I looked it said Allison was murdered. If the BCs have thought for all this time that Allison suicided would that not be the information that they supplied to the website - or can any old pleb update it? http://www.thepeerage.com/p53406.htm#i534052

Good point Possum. It's my understanding that NBC's brother Robin is the genealogist in the family.

It's a site created by a Kiwi, hosted on US server.

<snipped> NB: From one of four signed Police Statements by TMcH
Baden-Clay had allegedly committed to leaving his wife for Ms McHugh, but their complicated relationship unravelled after the disappearance. In one frosty phone call with Baden-Clay on May 27, Ms McHugh confronted him about another affair.
"The conversation did not go well. When I answered the phone, Gerard said, 'It's me'. I think I went straight into, 'I know what you've been doing. How could you do that to me?'
"Gerard admitted that he had been in a relationship with JC and another woman. I basically asked him why I should give him any time to explain. Gerard agreed that he shouldn't have any time to explain.
"Gerard then told me that he loved me. He again said that he did not know what went wrong there and that he believed the police would find the killer," she said.
He told her he would phone her at work the next day, but didn't make the call.
<snipped>
"When I first started working with Gerard, there was definitely chemistry for me. I admired him. I was attracted to him," she told police.
After the affair allegedly started in August 2008, Ms McHugh left her partner and would refer to Baden-Clay as "GM" for gorgeous man. He referred to her as "GG" for gorgeous girl.
They would secretly meet on a quiet dirt road at Pullenvale, in Baden-Clay's Century 21 office at Kenmore and at her home in the inner western suburbs.
On two occasions she went to Baden-Clay's Brookfield home while Allison and the children were away.

So another mistress has now been named in MSM.
TM stated she also went to the Brookfield Home while Allison and children were away!

Surely in those phone conversations prior to gbc's arrest, TM would have come out and just asked him if he did it? Wouldn't you? Maybe they are saving that clanger for the committal.

If she did ask him if he did it, it would be in her statements now but we haven't been told all of what was in those statements.

Golden cocker spaniel, huh? "Blonde" hair in the back of the Captiva? Possible - maybe?

Pure speculation, of course...

I was hanging on in court waiting for any mention of the blonde hair and it didn't happen.

Date of death is incorrect and place of death is incorrect. Someone with not too much knowledge has 'updated' this entry. Did'nt even know her birth year with any accuracy.:banghead:

Doc, we now know that Allison had a subdural haematoma. I am presuming this would have to occur prior to death. The reason I am asking is if she died in the house and her body carried to the car, if her head hit something during that transport could that have caused the bleeding on the brain or must it have had to occur while she was still alive. There is also the possibility that she was still alive though dying when she was transported.

Ali, was that from your notes during hearing? Only asking because MSM says 'haemorrhage'. Not nit-picking - I know if it bleeds it should clot :)

I would still love to know what happened at the roundabout and I doubt it will be him riding one of his daughter's bikes. However, if he did do this I will eat my hat.

Someone mentioned the phone signal for FTP at Rafting Ground Reserve. Would he have been so stupid to put it in one of the bins at the park?

Yep, IMO he is stupid enough to do that but there is also a sense of cunning about him. What keeps nagging at me is that Allison's phone was supposedly pinging off a tower at Fig Tree Pocket, which is in the opposite direction to where her body was found. By the same token, he did not bother to bury Allison's body, just put her under the bridge where she was found. Did he want her body to be found to claim the insurance? If that is the case, why take her phone in the opposite direction to where she was dumped? Wouldn't it make more sense to dump the phone nearer to where Allison was found? Gawd this is starting to do my head in! IMO there is a very good reason why GBC didn't want Allison's phone found. I just wish I knew what that reason was.

Was the possible blonde hair in same area as 'rivulets of blood'?
(wondering whether one of the gf's is blonde):twocents:

I think it's the dude who owns the site. The footnote (1) on her entry is an email from 2006 from RBC.

Yes, the blonde hair was stuck in the blood in the captiva. There was only one area of blood found, a contact smear level with the side door when the seats fold down and 2 runs of blood from it which ran all the way to the floor. That's why I am very interested in that hair and if it was Allison's and if it was newly coloured.

Well.....if original scenario was meant to be murder by a stranger, phone might not be a huge issue in one's mind, and/or the phone being elsewhere well away from where expected might be along the lines of Mr Hunter's alleged cunning plan of leaving Sarah C's car well away from her home etc.
Plan B - 'suicide'. Oops, how did the phone get all the way there by itself.:twocents:

Thank you :)
And as us girls know, there are many different formulations used when hair is coloured professionally and stylists mix their own colours. It's not like buying a box off a shelf at Woolies that anyone can buy.
That combined with any DNA from hair would be a powerful combo :twocents:

Yes, Danny Boyle said (in response to the Peter Davis' submissions that Allison had no injuries other than a chipped tooth) that she had a subdural haematoma. I know what a subdural haematoma is as my dad had one following head surgery and as soon as Danny said it, I thought that was what my dad had. I wrote it in my notes so I am sure that was said.

Please feel free to nitpick, its all good.

You know LB, I really do believe that GBC didn't have the whole scenario of what supposedly happened to Allison worked out in his thick head. He (allegedly) murdered her, reported her missing and then winged it from there. In Hunter's case, he obviously didn't want Sarah found but there is always the question of whether GBC did want Allison found to claim the insurance.
