Court 3, level 3. I'm here. Hope it is an open court or I will have to spend the day at the pub

Just my view of it ..... some really crucial evidence would be talked about ....an opportunity for the Defence to object to evidence held by the Prosecution / vice versa .... maybe on the grounds of being totally hearsay, irrelevant and unsubstantiated.

It would be interesting, but could get a bit technical.

Thanks. I'll see how today turns out and I might try and go tomorrow.
Maybe some more pieces of the puzzle will fit together.

Word has reached me (unconfirmed) that GBC's case will only be heard in the morning session of today. Tomorrow is still scheduled.
I'm wondering if phones have been ordered to be turned off.

Fancy looks like he has lost weight. Talk here all about whether or not to gag media and what is admissible evidence

Just been told that the Courier Mail has a journalist in court today. There must be a media gag in place at the moment. It's very quiet.

The CM Journo may be able to report on some of the proceedings but it will depend on legal advice.
