Last nite jinkasauras was filling in for NG, and she had a major problem with him getting the deal. She seemed to think the community was entitled to more. I think it should be up to the victims. If they are happy with it, I'm happy with it. How hard would it be, to sit up there, recounting all that had happened, with him sitting there listening, and probably getting off on it.
Hate to say it, but money IS an issue these days. Even if he gets the DP, it'll be years and many appeals later til they kill him, and taxpayers will be footing the bill.

Hi, I have been following this case in the paper also. He will no doubt go to Toledo area. I think he will be in GP.. they will work him over. He gave up all rights to the house, will be demolished anything in the house belongs to the State of Ohio. He cannot profit by anything from the case. I am so thankful for this all. I so hoped the women would not have to testify, also for the sake of the child. This way saves the State of Ohio a lot of money it is right IMO as they know he is guilty.
He has waived any right to an appeal. They are reading off each charge by number. I dont think he will last too long in prison. He's addicted to ! :scared: suffer dumbo. I only hope the three young ladies will be able to live a normal life now. I wish for them all the best. :seeya:

My best wishes to these three girls and the young daughter. I am relieved they won't have to relive their nightmare in court. Castro is the lowest of low and everyone can try to move on.
Too bad for the media, they would have loved a trial. Sucks to be them.

I was surprised this happened so quickly. He's no dummy. He knew it could be death and he doesn't want to be on death row. Also, the coward can;t keep his eyes open or ten seconds because he is such a baby he can't face what he did. Can you imagine him having to sit through trial (although as someone said he might have gotten off on reliving the details, who knows).

But I echo what everyone else said. This is the best thing for the survivors. I'm very glad they won't have to sit there and publicly recount every horrible thing that happened. Poor things.

However, they will have the opportunity to give victim impact statements if they want.

Let me tell you that this pig's self-serving nonsense about being addicted to so his brain is affected - gag. He is disgusting. He knew exactly what he was doing. He is a cruel, weak beast. Excuses excuses. He had full control. He made his choices. I hope he suffers for them now.

Now he will know how it feels to be caged. He will learn how it feels for someone else to always be in charge of his life. To eat crap all the time. And he will be living with dangerous unpredictable people all the time. With the knowledge that he will never have the opportunity to get free.

The only objection that I could have would be that he will be able to have time outside.

The girls won't have to tell their story publicly unless they want to. They can get on with learning how to live, without the thought of a trial hanging over their heads. And with the knowledge that he is never going to get out!

I hope this aids in their healing. That it frees them from fear a little bit.

And I hope they realize how many people are hoping and praying that this allows them to move on.

I've been wondering if maybe they have been doping him before court. Maybe to prevent outbursts in court? Something about the way he doesn't seem to peep, he truly seems to keep his eyes closed to the point that he has to be led in and out of court makes me wonder about it.

Totally agree it is for the victims to decide we in the community back them 1,000% I am so relieved these girls can move on and that gets what's coming to him.

This may be the only decent thing this guy has done, taking the plea deal. Undoubtedly he did not do it to be decent, but it works out so much better for these women. God bless them and let's hope the media will leave them alone to work on recovering as best they can.
