Well, in other news, the 911 dispatcher got a written warning.

"According to the city and U.S. Secret Service audio expert, the call taker did not curse. However, the city said he should have kept her on the line."

Btw, according to Scott Taylor's twitter, he knows who the dispatcher is-- but WOIO won't let him release the identity.
