Ahhhh. Reasonable questions utilizing logic and common sense!

That seems to be the newest complaint: Police failed in their duties because they did not identify the other contributor to the DNA sample found on the bra clasp. The other contributor could be Meredith's boyfriend, or it could be unidentified from a night at the club on October 31, 2007 (until 5AM).
- If the DNA is from the boyfriend, it's valid, making Sollecito's contribution more valid.
- If the DNA is from the night before, there's nothing to be done, no fault of police, as they are prevented by law from rounding people up for random DNA testing.
- If the DNA that is identified is in the system, and that person know's Guede, then the Lone Wolf Theory, and Hendry, is out the window. (doesn't benefit Knox)
- If the DNA that is identified is in the system, and there's no connection to Guede, it's also not helpful.
I'm not seeing an upside for the defense yet.
