As I said it just depends on what source you believe. Some say 9 hours and the statement was made at 5 am. Others say AK arrived at 10:40 to 11pm and her translator arrived at 12:30am and the statement is time stamped at 1:45am.

Not here to argue something that has been argued over and over again. Just that with this case in particular there are 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 etc. sides to every story.

I'm thinking their time stamps are like our Bates Stamp

Some things that got to me:

Normally sloppy Knox pulls out the bleach and mop on the night a person with whom she had been fighting with gets killed in a staged breakin.

Lack of any kind of empathy and self awareness hours after.

The phone calls.

The bloody foot print on bath mat and ridiculous explanation in cold apartment.

Just some of the few thing that come to mind...

BBM: This is NOT "double jeopardy" ... "double jeopardy" would be a whole NEW case ...

This is the SAME case which has gone through the judicial process from the Trial Court level up to the Supreme Court of Italy.


Trial Court: Guilty Verdict

Appellate Court: Not Guilty Verdict

Supreme Court: "Blasted" the Appellate Court's NG Verdict and sent back to the Appellate Court for re-try

Appellate Court: Waiting on decision today.
