I will say that double jeopardy will not matter in extradition but their are other grounds in which they could fight that on. Having an extradition treaty with a country doesn't mean either country is obligated to extradite someone upon request, and countries with such treaties have denied extraditions.

Anyone have a clue on why they do these things so late at night? Is it usually this way or is this an exception?
