I have experience in PR so I believe I am intellectual enough to discern whether or not I am buying into "lines"....Also, I do not find Amanda Knox to be likable as a person, I feel her entire interview with Diane Sawyer in May was in poor taste and came across as self involved....HOWEVER, innocence or guilt is BAsED ON EViDENCE or LACK OF EVIDENCE and based on that I feel that not only were Knox and Sollecito wrongfully convicted and imprisoned, they are being persecuted repeatedly by a corrupt judicial system! I pray that Knox is not extradited and I pray that Sollecito flees before turning in his passport

I hope, if and when the Supreme Court concurs with this overturned appeal of the original appeal, that Sollecito amends and adheres to the decision as he lawfully should, and that Amanda Knox does the same.

IMO, the outcry against Amanda will be stronger when Raffaele is sitting in prison for a crime she was convicted of too. She'll be going to Starbuck's, the gym, parties.

The inequity is crushing.

Yes, and pretty soon you know what will happen....Raffaele will grown angrier and angrier....while he sits in prison and she goes to Starbucks, hangs out with her boyfriend, goes to school, gets a haircut, etc..

And one days he will have had enough, and he'll send a little letter to a media outlet - telling what she did.

Why should Rafaelle Sollecito or Amanda Knox give into the injustice served by the Italian court?! This is wrong! There was no physical evidence (that can be claimed free of CONTAMINATION) to link either of them to the crime! How can you take joy in knowing that innocent people are being condemned? Yes....he's going to be spending, what, 25 years in prison anyway. Why not clear his conscience? Then he can really be "free," even if he is in prison, IYKWIM. He can still work to improve himself in prison. If he doesn't apologize to the Kerchers, ask them for their forgiveness, he will be done.

He's on the no-fly list. With or without his passport, he is not going anywhere.

I feel that there is an abudance of evidence against them, not just forensic but circumstantial as well. I pray that Meredith gets justice.

Contamination according to who? The defense and AK's PR team? Of course they are going to claim contamination, even though every protocol was adhered too. I just don't get this "lack of evidence" thing. There was enough physical evidence IMO to at least put them at the scene. As for the circumstantial evidence (which regardless of what CSI makes you believe is very important), that is through the roof, which in my opinion points directly at AK and RS being just as guilty as RG. So I don't take joy in innocent people being condemned, but I don't feel for one second these are innocent people.

I feel no joy, only sadness, trust me.

But I also feel these two were absolutely guilty, by how I personally interpret all evidence combined together in a logical Big Picture.

I fathom how afraid Meredith must have felt. I fathom the horror movie meredith's parents see in their heads for the rest of their lives.

I would wish Amanda Knox and Raphael wold express remorse. I feel little about if they are afraid or not. IMOO.

I see absolutely zero chance on another appeal. Sollecito WILL serve his time. He should as stated above, clear his conscience. Apologize profusely and ask forgiveness from the Kercher family and give them the whole story.

He could be out of prison by around 38-40, possibly sooner. which still leaves him with nearly half his life to live. Live it out with the tiny bit of dignity left that can be mustered.

There is plenty of evidence against them and many people who disagree this is wrong. Amanda and Raffaele are guilty and their conviction has been rightfully upheld.
