I'm wondering if someone made a time conversion error and that it should say that the next announcement will be at 2 PM
I'm really not sure--- but Vogt and Nadeau twitters don't say anything about delay. Maybe you're right.....

So y'all want Amanda in prison.

Same for Raffaele too?

I do believe part of what happens in Italian courts is politically-based. It's been written about long before the Kercher murder. Not all, part.

However, in this case, where is the evidence showing Amanda's presence in Meredith's BR during the murder? We know Amanda's DNA is in the apt. She lived there. She shared a bathroom with Meredith. What about the murder scene of Meredith's BR? Whose DNA was found on/in the victim? Whose fingerprints were in the room?

I think justice for Meredith Kercher is the objective. It's no different than wanting justice for Nancy Cooper and Michelle Young. In each case, the crime scene is more than a couple of feet on either side of the body.

DNA doesn't end up everywhere you know. Where was Guede's DNA on Merediths mouth, neck or her pants? Sollecito's DNA was found in the room on the bra clasp, even though it's veracity is disputed (unfairly I believe), it was found there.

Anyways there is a 155 slide powerpoint over on the true justice website, that breaks down all the evidence, and I believe there is an overabundance of evidence pointing to AK and RS. I just can't for the life of me think they are not guilty.

I agree. Where's the evidence? That was one bloody crime scene and no one can say it wasn't. Rudy's presence is all over that room. How did 2 other "murderers" manage to not leave any fingerprints, hair, fibers or DNA on the victim?

Can't compare this case to any other case. They are simply not the same. This one is bloody and contained. Meredith wasn't killed elsewhere and transported back to her apartment. Everything that happened to her happened primarily in her BR.

I totally agree!

It's been great! And a special thanks to everyone that disagreed with my opinions. It did force me to think...hard... And I appreciated it!

Most of us follow other trials so we may not agree on this one but agree on others... In the grand scheme of things our opinion does not have an impact on the outcome or proceedings today...

... and rightly so. She should not have accused an innocent man of murder, but she did, and she suffered the consequences.

She did not spend time in prison for wrongly accusing an innocent man. That is simply not true. <modsnip> And I find it difficult to believe so many here "approve" what is an obviously untrue statement.

Knox was convicted of slander and that conviction was upheld by the Supreme Court. Lumumba's application to have the sentence increased is being heard at this appeal.

Because of Knox's conviction, she spent time in prison.
