The statement has been linked. Here it is again. Knox reported that she saw that Meredith's door was locked and the window was broken after her shower and before she had lunch on November 2.

Can we have a quote from Amanda actually "reporting" it? Does it exist?

I don't find arguments like 'British virgins are liars' or 'the witnesses are coached by the evil Mignini' very compelling.
Those were opinions, not arguments.

And thanks for the media an opinion blogs (heaviliy biased IMO) but I prefer sources closer to the courtroom and when considering Amanda's words closer to her own words.

Show me where is her story constantly changing, with actual quotes, and we can argue more fruitfully :)

If someone manages to fit the evidence into a timeline involving three people I can start considering such scenario.
So far what I think is the evidence supports there was only Guede at the villa with Meredith that night. Trying to shoehorn additional people there requires physical and temporal miracles.
That's before we even consider motives. Does anyone here agrees with Crini's poo motive? Do you?

bbm

The evidence in this case is an ever-moving, ever-changing, intangible, flexible, jelly-like substance.

So no, I cannot fit that evidence into any scenario. You see because it will just seep out from the sides and down. And then I will have to form a whole new scenario, by necessity having to change to fit the new, spread- out and changed evidence. The evidence will then drip down some more, changing into a more horizontal shape. Then I will have to form a new scenario to fit this new horizontal shape.

So I'd rather not play that game.

Where do you suppose Massei got it? Have you seen the entire 10,000page case file?

There are witness statements under oath about her contradictions. That is close enough to consider it. Her blood before after the shower contradiction was written in her 4 November email. The changing dinner times is described in the Massei report. You can't get much closer to the courtroom than that.

I'm not sure I understand correctly, but are you asking for a link to the source that Massei used when he wrote his summary of the reasoning for the verdict at the trial?

You're talking about inaccuracies. That's not changing story. The story is always the same.

You said she reported it. Where and to whom? Where's the transcript?

Why is it not mentioned at all by Hellmann, Galati or the SC or Crini?

I don't find arguments like 'British virgins are liars' or 'the witnesses are coached by the evil Mignini' very compelling. Neither is the amnesia because of pot smoking argument. Try that in a court of law. You have to come up with something better. Knox told different stories to different people at different times. There is no reason why multiple witnesses would be lying under oath.

The door is closed but Sollecito says it is open. Took a shower, no Sollecito says she didn't take a shower. Saw blood before the shower, no saw blood after the shower. Kept changing the time they had dinner (Massei report). Was home with Sollecito, but was seen at the basketball court by a witness. Slept late but phone and computer records showed they woke up early (if they even slept), another witness sees Knox early in the morning. Then there is Sollecito with a whole bunch of weird claims about knife pricking and admitting that Knox was out from 9pm till 1am. Then there is the false accusation. Even her own lawyers got frustrated with Knox's changing stories.

Or a frustrated Sollecito senior who speaks of 4 to 5 different versions.

I don't recall anyone saying "evil Mignini". He was a convicted criminal who got off on a technicality and will be on trial again in Turin for abuse of office and other crimes in a few weeks. The man has ruined a lot of peoples lives in other cases as well because "the crime does not exist".

His sentencing report is available here. http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/sentencingreportforGiulianoMignini.html

Did another prosecutor work along side him in the first instance?

Did Mignini file the appeal with SCC?

Evidence presented during trial does not cease to exist when there is an appeal, and that totality of evidence is not re-stated by the appeal prosecutor during verbal arguments.

Regarding the request for transcripts from legal proceedings in Italy, are you fluent in Italian? Do you happen to have a link for the complete legal proceedings of the trial for the murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia?

I don't understand why posters ask questions they know the answer to.

Of course. The prosecutor only says which evidence point to guilt in his opinion and why. Crini talked for 2 days.

Why then was there no mention of the testimony of this witness (that you cannot name for some reason) in Crini's closing arguments?

Why didn't Galati mention it?

Why didn't the Supreme Court recommend to consider it?

I can hint the answer for you. It's the same reason for which the hickey is not there and Kokomani is not there.

Because I'm trying to learn the logic behind pointing out all the negative about 1 prosecutor that at this point has no role in the case.

He never solo prosecuted this case, so do you feel the same way about comodi as you do Mignini?

The appeal only addresses those points that were approved for appeal. Most points were rejected.

So are asserting that Massei made this up or Otto added it to the Massei report?

So he was not convicted after all. In fact, I read he has been promoted. I guess the people that matter do not agree with some people on the internet that he is an incompetent prosecutor. JMO.

Could you please provide a source for this? Or is this an opinion?

None of the above. I'd really like Otto to consider the legitimate and reasonable questions I asked. But I cannot demand it, obviously.

Massei didn't make up the hickey testimony either, or Kokomani's testimony. Did he?

I'm still waiting for the link that I requested. TIA
