Case Details
A couple, Angela Lee Walsh (34), mother of two, and Terry Palm (37) were reported missing on December 15, 2002 after being last seen on December 9, 2002.
The pair checked into Boulevard Hotel off of Sunset Boulevard in Spokane, Washington to celebrate Walsh's birthday with friends on the day they were last seen.
On March 15, 2003, a woman walking her dog found a body more than a mile south of the Seven Mile Bridge in the Spokane River. DNA later confirmed this was the body of Angela Walsh.
Angela Walsh's daughter Brittney Ducrest, 14 at the time, said her mother had visited her in a dream two weeks prior to her body being found. Brittney says her mom told her she was dead, and that she said "if you want to find me, I'm by the ice and water. But I'm under the water."
At this time, Walsh's boyfriend Terry Palm was still missing and wanted on a warrant for distributing a controlled substance. Palm's body was later found a few months after Walsh's in September in the Spokane River as well. Police considered both deaths to be the result of "homicidal violence."
Walsh and Palm both had a methamphetamine addiction. Police say the couple angered people they were hanging out with because they were selling bad meth as well as a fake ingredient that looked like red phosphorus.
