No evidence that WH even has a firearm, and if so: it's likely not registered to him. He was never charged (or indicted) for possession of a firearm. I'm thinking that the 4 counts of obstruction of justice charges (threatening 4 potential witnesses) are what's keeping him in. The four individuals fear for their safety: as I would be, too.

I have heard differing reports on whether or not AJ was on full scholarship. Her Twitter account is where I heard she recently spoke about getting an unexpected increase in funds--and she asked her friends if they had, also.

I will need to review her Twitter account, but going by what many WS's have said in forums--it was actual cash she had in her possession and received prior to her disappearance.

Will update after finding specific info about it.

Thanks! AJ mentioned on her Twitter account that she received a check from Norview on Feb. 8. She didn't say what amount though. On January 29 she talked about an increase in financial aid. WS member ThatGuyBear (a VI) said AJ was on full scholarship, which is why I asked about student loans as supplemental income to scholarships.

BTW, mods gave us persmission to discuss AJ's personal SM and her own posts but not anyone else's posts or her responses to them. I wanted to bring that up here so y'all know I'm not breaking TOS.

He most likely knew or heard rumor in the family about the texts AJ made to JH and WH. That could be the reason why he mentioned when he went looking for her with his girls that maybe he had feared she had passed out or OD'd somewhere.

Grieving girlfriend theory? Absolutely possible. Have thought this for a few weeks now.

So maybe the creepy texts did come from CF or what maybe her cousin thought were creepy. Someone mentioned on her before that perception is that if a guy you thought was hot texted you some weird things you wouldn't be as freaked out as you would if someone you weren't physically attracted to would.

That being said we know that CF enlisted in the military and went off to boot camp. Maybe he knew that AJ was coming home and that he was shortly leaving the next week and asked AJ if they wanted to hang out before he left for a very long time and maybe not even see her again. They seemed like they were friends for a long time. Maybe they (the family) blew those texts out of proportion and tried to set it up so police would look at him. Also AJ had 2 jackets that to me appear very similar. The Longwood softball jacket and her Norview HS jacket so maybe they could be easily interchanged or mistaken for.

I don't think the texts he sent were even 'creepy'. CF was her first boyfriend when they were younger. He still carried a torch for her. The reason she was 'nervous' about meeting up with him was because it was obvious he wanted to be more than friends. Thus it is 'dangerous' to meet up and hang out with a guy who likes you because you are agreeing to possibly allow it to happen. And she supposedly had a boyfriend. [ although I have my doubts about that still. It sounded like they were on the outs to me.]

I think Wes picked him as a patsy because he had shown interest in AJ. JMO

Nothing will happen On Wednesday, unfortunately. JMO But I think it will be continued/postponed.

Well I mentioned that there was another person that AJ knew but the spelling was with a Y instead of a U but never thought it was a girl. I always thought they were both males. There was someone else on here that stated they knew one of the kids but said the last name was different. I think because the names are so very close that maybe some people are hearing one last name and maybe others are hearing it another way.

I remember ZH mentioning they looked behind AJ's house because it had just recently snowed and they were also looking for tracks in the snow. I believe he said they did not find any in the back yard.

Hmm I originally thought he was male and was corrected by someone. I don't want to entice further details about sleuthing him since I think it is a red herring, so the important thing is, there are two of them, and we don't know if WH was telling the truth and just mistaken.

Actually, AJ and her boyfriend weren't on the outs. And I would say that CF was a bit more than 'still carrying a torch' for her, which is why it was creepy and she didn't want to hang out with him.
