Why, oh why would would C & G pay to have "Help Find Caylee" trademarked? Think about it, if you believe your granddaughter is alive and they are close to finding her, that saying wouldn't be used much longer,
BUT if you know she will always be missing, then the "HFC" will be used for a long time to come.......and with it comes donations.

I watched the video, there was one poster that looked like it had been taped up somewhere and perhaps the wind had torn it down and Cindy had the pieces in a plastic bag. I saw not one other shred of "evidence" of the VANDALISM as she so eloquently puts it. The truth is, Walmart was getting complaints and people were threatening to picket the store and Walmart said-Get Out! end of story.

Yet didn't we witness the vandalism, by one or more A's, of a certain sign a woman with a dog had on public property? Throwing out her dog's water and water bowl on-camera? I seem to recall both this and a couple other instances....

I agree, the complaints got them moved. Good! Enough of making $$$ off this poor child.

In defense of the A's PLEASE READ!!! The trademark issue is probably because some sick company on the web NOT affiliated with the A's are trying to sell Caylee memorabilia..not for searches, or non profit but for commerce. The A's are aware and have asked them to stop! They are still advertising. This trademark thing is probably just a pre curser so they have the ability to stop what that sick co. is doing!

Trademarks are not inexpensive. A copyright can be had fairly cheap, but not a trademark.

The above link is one in a google search that I did for trademark. It shows that the government filing fee ALONE is $320., so to trademark both of those items in JUST government fees it would have been over $600...I'm just sayin'-that may be cheap to some, but it isn't to me, and I would not think it would be cheap to the Anthony family either considering the financial woes they claimed from the start of all of this.

Yeah, the law of the universe coming to call on them for their own deeds. What goes around comes around, as you plant, so shall you reap. They planted destruction and chaos and now it is time to begin the harvest I guess...

They are collecting for the other children spoken of in the article, witnessed by several of us on this board who have personally visited the site.

It's amazing, just when I think they can't go any lower, they start digging. Maybe someone will get so ticked, they'll go register Cindy's name and trademark it for poops and giggles.

I spoke to soon. I went to the helpfindcaylee site and it spells out exactly what their plan is.

All funds donated to the trust fund will go directly towards funding the efforts in finding Caylee. Funds are currently being used to pay for fliers, t-shirts, water for volunteers, etc. Once Caylee is brought home all remaining funds will be donated to charities that help the families of missing children.

So yeah, t-shirts, flyers and water for volunteers selling t-shirts and handing out flyers.

Hmmmm. Well I apologize Cindy, you do have a plan.

I don't believe a word of it. It is just another ploy to keep The Anthony's in the spotlight. The public is angry. Lies cause anger! She made sure everyone in the whole world knew about Caylee missing. They all know now and they aren't happy with the continuous lies. What do you expect Cindy Anthony?
