I don't believe for one second that a major media outlet such as NBC would air the photo's without having legal permission to do so. No way they would just accept Larry's word that he owned the right's. He would have to verify that he owned them or that the family had given him documented permission to do so.
NBC is not going to expose themselves to a lawsuit because Larry said he was the agent for the A's.

Anyone know who reports that $6,500 on their tax return?

If that's the case, Larry's documentation proving that the Anthonys sold him the rights to the photos should be showing up in the media any second.

If I was Larry, I wouldn't feel to threatened over what CA is saying right now. If NeJame pursues a lawsuit, then we'll know for sure whether there was any behind the scenes money exchange.

None of this makes any sense.

But know this.... a truly innocent party in this particular fiasco will protect their rights.

1) if Garrison did not profit and the emails are faked this is defamation and libel and he will sue. HE must. . .his business is his name and this will ruin him.

2) if the Anthony's were defrauded out of licensing rights that were rightfully theirs (no matter how distasteful people may think it was) they will sue - unless of course they legally did give Garrison rights to "act" on their behalf and negotiate in which it's a moot point.

3) if the emails were "doctored" we will hear from NBC and they will be protecting thier name and reputation in this.

Right now everyone is airing thier dirty laundry in the court of public opinion and on the internet trying to damage, do damage control and sway public opinion.

However. . . niether Nejame, or NBC are idiots. . and I would assume that a publicity or newsman as Garrison claims to be isnt either. There will be a lawsuit if someone is wrongly accused.

If there isn't.. . . that speaks volumes.

I disagree. Larry is being accused publicly of being dishonest. His reputation is at stake. If he has documentation to show that the accusation is a lie he'll plaster it all over the media.

The Anthonys and Nejame didn't have to make this all public and I don't believe they would have if Larry could so easily disprove the allegation.

Good point, CW. Nejame and the Anthonys have denied receiving any payment, why would they put this out in the public if it was a commission fee? Both NBC and LG would have documentation to prove otherwise if that were the case.

What about Jessie's 250.00 that KC never paid back and Cindy didn't seem to care?
Also if the A's got 200,000 than maybe the rest is a commision for Garrison.
