I don't have a problem of keeping the dream team for the defense out of the crime area. I do have a problem with LE allowing Tim Miller in. It is nothing to do with Mr. Miller's attachment to the case in terms of searching for Caylee. No one can dispute he put in Herculean efforts. However, he is NOT LE and he is NOT a forensic specialist, and I feel that his having been allowed into the crime scene will come back to bite the prosecution's butt.

I agree with this.... however, I can also see how it could be okay in the end and not a butt biter... in that he has been in all of those areas already and OCSD had paid him to help search. I guess the biggest butt biter of all could be his comments to media... but that will be neither here nor there in light of the forensics (I think and pray). But when I did see him commenting on the area he had looked at I had an "oh no" moment too!

Yep, only one of the A's, but not Lee. Lee's forte it moving signs, dog bowls, stuffed animals and flowers - like KC, he's another priss. Cindy - a definite no. That only leaves one person.

It is the job of the defense to create doubt about the credibility of the evidence and the prosecution's case. Baez has questioned the credibility of the autopsy and put the prosecution into a no-win situation because defense experts will not be there. That means Baez and team can question the autopsy results on every level and in every single detail. Baez then questioned the processing of the scene and again, because defense experts are not allowed to be there before the scene was dismantled, Baez can now question the credibility of the entire process. Like it or not, all of this is exactly what a defense attorney is supposed to do. The defense team is doing their best to create doubt at every turn.

Yes - I honestly understand why Jose chooses to defend Casey and bring up the only issues he can in this unbelievable nightmare of a case. He is trying to say and do the only things he can to help his client. Dumb as they might appear to be to some...he is doing his job.

I think more people are upset with the Anthony's because they seem to have placed their loyalty to Casey above that of Caylee. Supporting Casey is one thing...be there for her as she goes through this tragedy...but don't enable her lies and distort the truth to help her avoid her responsibilities.

I agree with you. They could not move from the initial ZG story. It just had to be used in whatever circumstance arose. CA asked KC in the jail visitation video if "there had been anyone in the house". KC responded "she had a key I told you that". Also CA asked "why didn't she come back for the car". Casey didn't answer the question and I can't remember what reason she gave for not answering it. It seems that the ZG story still was still alive and kicking at that time, bringing to light that she had a key to the house and was in possession of the car at some point. They will spin a story with the fictitious ZG as the murderer and the person who framed KC.

The smartest thing the real ZFG ever did was to hire Mr. Morgan! Now you can see that the entire A clan are carefully stepping around making references to HER specifically! If she wasn't well-protected I would bet my buns they would be making all kinds of insinuations...

I do wish TM hadn't gone on air with statements like: "We've covered all the areas... Caylee will never be found" (paraphrasing). It won't do all that much damage in the end but it does give the defense more to play with. I wish he hadn't said so much.

As a master of the obvious... what the family does is fitting with how they probably raised their children.
The lack of a father being involved or held responsible and knowing more about him speaks volumes to me. That alone demonstrates an environment which most of us would not tolerate in our home.
It's the rasin' and it continues...

What if the A's are right and it is suspicious that Caylee was found in a location that was already searched three times?

Could the A's themselves have put Caylee there knowing the area was thoroughly searched and cleared?

Maybe LE did find something that linked the A's to this location. Maybe it is highly suspicious to LE that cadaver dogs never hit in that location. LE rushed to search the A's home and they sure took a lot of stuff out of that house.

You can say that twice and mean it. Their spokespeople are terrible. I have news for MB...just because the A's said it that way doesn't mean you have to repeat it that way. Didn't your Momma ever tell you, you catch more flies with sugar.....

I totally agree did the A's not get a new attorney upon there arrival from Cali for the LK interview a Brad Conley or something like that. Seems since he came on board we have not seen CA/GA on camera talking.

The A's actions so far have been self destructive. I think they are facing some serious legal issues. IMO, the new attorney has basically put them on house arrest to keep them from hurting themselves further. The new attorney has stated that he knows of no pending charges. Fact is, CA is, in the least, being investigated for OJ by the FBI.

Guess their stay at the Ritz made the mourning process speed waaaay past all the "other" stages of grief. OH, yeah, people grieve in different ways....they choose to question the searching process of the location where little baby Caylee's remains were found!!!

The hardest thing in the world for me to do was to leave the ER,leaving my son's body behind.I just wanted to hold onto him longer.
I hope and pray G and C are having similar feelings.I think they loved Caylee.

Miss James My heart goes out to you, the child I miss was one who grew in my heart, not my womb. It's been 2 years 2 weeks and 5 days but I still miss her as if it was yesterday. I thought I would never recover.

There is no doubt in my mind CA is going through the same thing. Knowing they are never going to hear that little voice, hold that little hand, smell her freshly bathed body as she snuggled in their arms at bed time. For all this they have my deepest sympathy.

When they get the ME report, and know what their baby went through in her final minutes. No one should have to go through this and yet they are in so much denial, I think it is needed to shock them back into reality. I pray they have a full on support team ready to swoop in and help them pick up the shattered pieces.

I know many people here think they have a part in this crime. I for 1 just can't see it. After the fact, yes they have done things to impede the investigation. But if Caylee was alive, what they have done wouldn't have added up to much. Because all they were guilty of was trying to keep Caylee alive at all costs. Were they wrong, absolutely, will a jury find them guilty. under the circumstances, I'm not sure.

That issue has never been brought up, or hurt the prosecution of other cases TM has been involved in.
