well, since you raise these points, someone might ask: If KC is the murderer, why would she drive around with the body decomposing in the trunk of her car for any time at all, why not dispose of it immediately? (And if she had a body in the trunk or the trunk reeked from what she knew, as the murderer, was decomp, why would she keep allowing the car to run out of gas requiring others to come assist her, etc, why would she put her dad's gas cans there in the stinky trunk, etc.) Why would she not remove the tape from Caylee's face before disposing of her body to make the death look more accidental/less cruel, why would she put the body there by her own house, why would she go so ridiculously far as to put a heart sticker on the tape to link back to herself and her use of hearts on photos? Why would she use bags from the family home and other items from the family home and then leave the matches of these items still in the family home? Also what about the fact that KC was living and "working" (helping at Fusian) around so many other people, any of whom could have potentially accessed Caylee, KC's Pontiac, and the items in the pontiac? What about the people other than KC with access to the family home? etc I definitely don't rule KC out either, but don't any of these points give a little pause? Sorry, back to topic. I'm not saying LE ever set out to frame KC, by the way.
To believe any of what you are stating here as far as another theory about someone else being involved with Caylee's death (and I know you are looking at another angle), sorry - I can't do it because:
1. You have to accept KC's attitude in the days following Caylee's disappearance (partying at clubs, all smiles, telling everyone the baby was fine and with the nanny)
2. You would have to show that Caylee was seen after June 16th in the afternoon - that night, KC is shown at Blockbuster with Tony - no baby.
3. Someone else's prints, or something showing someone else had access to the house, something would have had to be found somewhere - the car, the trunk, the house, etc. - also, this person with access to the house would have to know that they could enter because GA, CA, LA, neighbors, KC herself, etc. would NOT suddenly come home - they had to know the exact schedules of the residents of the house and know they would not get caught.
4. Someone would have had to know that KC left her car at the Amscot, and had keys to said car to get in the trunk and frame KC by placing a dead body in the trunk - wait - that wouldn't work either - now they have to go back and retrieve body and dispose of it somehow by KC's house to frame her.
5. EVERYONE she came in contact with thought that the child was with imaginary babysitter - Tony, his roommates, Amy, CA and GA, even the Fusian girls...
6. KC wasn't worried about the duplicate items - she never intended to be the subject of interest in the case. She believed that telling her story would forever cover her crime - she figured LE would be searching for ZG for a long time, since the one she described never existed.
7. It's a case of being too arrogant. She was only 22 at the time, don't forget. She knew noone would believe that she could have done such a horrible thing. She had her story pieced together somewhat. She covered her tracks by deleting everything on the laptop she had, myspace comments, photos, messages, etc. She figured that the garbage bags are common, duct tape is common and may even substantiate her claim that a nanny killed her child if the body was ever discovered. (didn't she also inquire somewhere about the weather before the timeline suggests she disposed of the body?) Perhaps thinking that the body would never be found.
8. Heart-shaped sticker - because in her bizarre way, it was a comfort thing - I still love you... blah blah - a gesture after the fact with a subtle, gentle goodbye.
9. She did not believe her father was home that day with the gas cans. Clearly she was agitated and kept him from going near the trunk - she even spurted the F word, probably to distract him from what was in the trunk. She hustled out of there very quickly, probably sweating to death for almost getting caught.
10. Running out of gas and leaving car at Amscot? Another snafu that she had to deal with - but was it intentional? She left her purse, keys, doors unlocked - a perfect way to explain away something that she needed to explain away - plus, the smell was so bad, she couldn't drive it anymore, that's for sure.
11. The dead animal on the car to Amy text - and that her father may have run over a squirrel. Noone else planted her texts did they?
12. The statements that she made that she just spoke to her daughter that day - 12PM. No record of that, nor a record of any contact with a ZFG on her cellphone. NOTHING. NOT ONE.
13. Her total lack of emotion when it came to her daughter - not one shred of worry, concern, sadness.
14. Her "Jesus! That's half my bond!" regarding the reward for Caylee.
15. Her phone call from jail - not "Did you hear anything about my daughter/" Come to think of it, none of the jail visits ever started that way either - wouldn' tyou think that this would be the first thing - "Anything about my baby girl???"
16. Let's not forget about all of the lies, lies, lies she told - most revealing to me is that she was "told" to shop at Target, fo to Fusian, party on. She was told where to be at certain times, yet she claims she had no contact with ZFG during the time that Caylee was "missing".
17. Blancahrd Park vs. woods by her house - no reaction when they thought they found Caylee's remains at the park. Why? Because she knew it wasn't Caylee. Big reaction when they found Caylee by her house. Out of sadness or despair? NO. Out of knowing that this was it - she was busted - bigtime.
I have tried tried tried to jump in a seat of KC is framed/innocent/victim.
I cannot do it. For the reasons above and so many others, I know in my heart that she is guilty. Guilty. GUILTY.
