Anthony's Finally Doubt Casey's Innocence?

I just don't think there has been any mammoth change. I think the Anthonys have always known subconsciously. They just could not handle such reality with their conscious minds. But, wiith the passage of time and the mounting of more and more evidence pointing to casey, their subconscious may be creeping into their conscious a bit more.

i think they've always known too. but to have a representative say that is still, to me, mammoth.

no, i know myself. i do not have to be in a particular situation to know, roughly, how i would react and i know that the anthony's reaction to their circumstances is so far from what i know mine would be that i can say i would not behave as they have. we are all different, you can't say everyone would know how they would behave and you cannot say everyone wouldn't.

This time last year, the Anthonys probably would have made this kind of statement too.
What happened to Caylee is unfathomable to any person and until you are in that situation, there's no way to tell exactly what you would have done in a similar situation, I don't care how many times you say otherwise.

I think BC is saying this in prep for GA's release from the hospital. I have no proof of this, just my gut feeling, that GA has jumped ship from the SS Anthony. I think we're going to see GA come out and say he knows his daughter did it and the antics of the family for the last six months have been a smoke screen. I think he's tired of living a lie, he has seen first hand now the horrible carnage caused by his daughters lies and I don't think he wants to follow the script anymore.

So I think BC's plan is to get ahead of the curve and start putting out some feelers that the A's are starting to doubt KC's innocence. It's the only way they can segway into what George is going to say when he is ready to talk.

I am not sure what your eluding to? I remember a case here in Canada of Karla Homolka who's estranged husband killed 2 teens and she helped. She also helped her DH kill her own sister. Her parents stuck by here to the end. It happens.

I've never had anyone in my family kill anyone (thank God!!) so I really don't know what they are going through. I think it's easy for us to judge - we don't know what we would do in their situation. One can say "Oh I would do this and I would do that" but unless you have lived their life you just do not know for sure.

Well said. I think the tide is slowly changing, they have had time to process this thing...they havent been in the media...I think the suicide is Georges process of dealing with this.

As far as how they treated her up until she was re-jailed and Caylee found..
I agree they had to kiss her butt because they couldnt believe her 1 way or the other whether Caylee was alive..they errered on the side of caution..now she's been found, they are cutting back on the support.

Can you imagine their home life, every night discussing the events over and over..and with what pieces they know that we dont..IMO they've had their "AH_HAH" moment already.

I hope you are correct ecs. It would be a good thing for all the A's if one of them stopped the smoke and mirrors. Maybe the others would follow.

This is a hard thing for CA/GA, but finally the pieces to the puzzle are coming straight back to only kc. IMO, they will break now and turn against kc to protect lee now.

The thing with the A's, is if they have not known all along, then they should have. They knew their daughter was a lier. They knew their daughter was a thief. Cindy even told KC's friend Ryan that KC was a psychopath, right before Caylee went missing. So why so hard for them to believe she could have done this? They know, they knew. They just did not want anyone else to know. That would mess up the public image of their perfect little family.

If someone accused my daughter of murder I would have a hard, hard time accepting that. However, my daughter is not a lier, she is not a thief, and I have never accused her of having mental issues. So yeah the A's knew.

IMO they wanted the public to think they were a perfect family, with a perfect daughter and each time more evidence came out to the contrary, Cindy would spout off some weird denials to the press. All of the A's need therapy, especially Cindy. They raised KC to be what she is. You can see that just by watching the videos.

That is entirely possible. I wonder if that is what KC meant when she told her mom that when Caylee was found, everything would make sense. (Of course, CA probably thought that KC was referring to Caylee being kidnapped, and that once she was found, it would all make sense, but I believe there was a hidden meaning.) What type of drawing does Caylee have on her hand, in that one picture of her where she is propped up on her hand, and looking serious..the picture that they used for the "FIND CAYLEE" t-shirts that GA, CA and even KC wore?? I wonder if THAT is a heart.

I sooooooo agree with your post! I agree that we don't know EXACTLY how we'd react in a situatoin beyond our imagination; however, the core character of who and what we are dictates that only certain reactoins to situations are possible given our mental/emotoinal and physical make-up....We have heard about the dynamics of the A family and that deception and manipulatoin were a large part of the dynamic. It makes sense that a dysfunctional and dishonest family reacted in a dysfunctional and dishonest manner.........BUT IT SURE AIN'T RIGHT!:waitasec:

Yes, this is true...but they could never publicly admit this. It would absolutely assure a tainted jury. They can only admit this through innuendos by their attorney.
