I am so annoyed after having read it....how they say they want to "mourn" Caylee with her. IMO, it's nothing but an act/ploy for sympathy again. Where did this family get the idea they were special and the jails would/should break the rules for them?

I hope they tell them it will be private, then tape them anyhow. The only reason I can see for this visit is to get their stories straight.

I am waiting to see what the As will pull to get out of next week's depo.

I so agree with this. Why should the A's be given special treatment? Why do they need a PRIVATE visit anyway? Why can't they visit with her the way everyone else visits with loved ones in jail and mourn Caylee together that way? Why such need for privacy??? Unless they want to say things they shouldn't be saying they don't need privacy from jail officials/LE. I don't even have a problem with JB stopping it's release to the public but they should not be given private time that includes no audio/no video for LE to watch and listen to, nor should they be allowed to touch each other. They've shown they cannot be trusted to not sneak contraband in, they've shown they can't be trusted PERIOD. Thats MO anyway.

Seems to me if a prisoner has ever been granted permission to meet privately with family, the A family just may get their wish. If private visits have never been approved, the A's are SOL! Why would the OC jail system want to use this family to set a precedent?

NOT in a million years will JB ALLOW KC to meet with her parents or anyone for that matter! he can't trust her! Look at every video of every visit she has had! She consistantly shows her "anger" and "frustration".. NOPE, no way will JB allow this visit! KC , I doubt wants to visit with them because she might be pushed to anger when asked any questions.. Caylee is gone in KC's mind, end of story! Big Surprise KC, the story is just beginning! your future looks bright as you will have many NEW "Friends" awaiting you in the big castle!:woohoo:

There has been a lot of noise in the press about JB - the A family have now seen him in action in court getting trounced by the SA. They have seen the statement she handwrote on the motion about thinking the SA is "angry" with her for not taking a plea - very similar to what his last murder client is saying, the one who feels he had poor representation and who somehow believes the prosecution had something to do with the severity of his sentencing because he did not cop a plea.

Although this family deserves an Olympic medal for Entitlement Decathalon, they might want a private visit at this point to encourage their daughter to consider a plea to felony manslaughter without the whole world hearing it. For one, that is probably more pragmatic given the circumstances, despite her list of expensive experts. But this might also be a preemptive move on their part to prevent Miss Mendacity from publicly throwing her entire family under the bus during the trial. I don't think they've all been walking on eggshells for nothing.

I think they want the truth of what happened to Caylee and they want of course want no chance of being recorded asking KC some tough questions, than of course IF she tells them the truth they will say its okay Honey we love you and stand behind you, and if she give them a bunch of lies they will say we believe you Honey and we will all stick together on this. I am sure they are still mourning the loss of that precious child, but KC never has and never will. She only mourns for herself. So the A's if they get their wish they better be prepared for one big Pity Party!

The Anthony's don't have any say about whether she is or isn't in the general population. That decision was made by the authorities at the jail.

Why didn't they ask those tough questions when KC was out on house arrest? Why didn't they discuss the case? I think they already knew what had happened to Caylee and they had no need of tough questions then. And I believe they have no need of tough questions now. This family is 'united' and it is not for Caylee. :cow:

I didn't see any mourning when Casey was out on bail. I believe they all knew Caylee was deceased by that time. She was happily baking brownies and spending her days with her new man. LA and Casey's high-five was disgusting.

She wasn't spending any time with her new man while out on bail. He basically dumped her/ran the other way/ refused her call, etc. from the very first time she was arrested (smart move on his part IMO).

I'm not suggesting she was doing any mourning or otherwise acting appropriately, but, she was on house arrest while out on bail, so she couldn't have been hanging with any guys or new boyfriend.

I do believe, as I posted in earlier pages of this thread, that Casey & family should be allowed to ask for "consideration" of their request, and that the jail officials should "consider" such requests just as they would for any other incarcerated person.

Having said that, I think it would be a terrible move by the jail to grant the request for a dozen reasons.

I predict that the jail officials aren't going to grant this request.

I will be pleased if my prediction is correct, too.

Oh! I think you are on track here. I have been watching CA's face of late and what else could make her quit talking----she looks scared----the bus has started to roll now--------CA can smell the rubber on the wheels. It's coming down the road. She can't reach over and lay her hand on KC's leg to stir her into the right words so this is the last ditch attempt to try and "ease" and "calm" thangs down.

You know, I "almost" feel sorry for her, but then it goes away really quick and the mean ole me can't keep from grinnin. Karma, Baby, Karma. I guess the "Stephen King" part of me takes over.

We have sit here and watched all of the A's spit on LIL CAYLEE from day 31. Probably longer than that. Why haven't ever stood up of her? Now all they are worried about is their own skins. They (esp CA) have laid the ground work for this farce.

Bean's the eggshells the A's have been walkin on were laying on a sheet of very thin ice. These peeps should have faced the music from day one------I'm tired of the show they are or have been putting on.
