Anyone seen the documentary film Foster?

I read an article in the Guardian about the film Foster, it seem to be worth watching. It's about the situation of fostering in Los Angeles, seeing things from the point of children, parents, foster parents, social workers etc. 'There are so many biases': inside the American foster care system
(Where all those metres after metres of files on the shelves about cases of foster children?!?)
