MISSING JUVENILE

The Rogers Police Department is requesting assistance in locating 14-year-old Alejandro Reyes Zenon.

Alejandro has been reported as a runaway juvenile. Alejandro was last seen in Rogers, AR on April 13, 2022.

Alejandro is 5-foot, 6-inches tall, weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

According to a press release, law enforcement is looking for Alejandro Zenon-Reyes, 17. Zenon-Reyes is suspected of killing Alexus Lien Nguyen, 17, on April 13, 2022. Zenon-Reyes is facing a manslaughter charge.

The US Marshals and the Rogers Police Department offer a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of a runaway teen wanted in connection with the death of a Rogers 17-year-old.

According to a Jan. 8, 2025, release from the Rogers Police Department (RPD), Alejandro Zenon-Reyes has been identified as a suspect, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Alexus' mother, Laquita, spoke to 5NEWS about the announcement and the justice she longs for.

Wednesday was the first time law enforcement made public the identity of the suspect, and Laquita said she has always believed it was Zenon-Reyes.

She added that she thinks he would've been arrested sooner, but that law enforcement wasn't doing enough.

Amazing that police actually found him. I'm surprised Mexican authorities even cooperated due to the recent tensions between the 2 countries.
