Andrew Mays,11, and 9-year-old Elizabeth Russell reportedly left without permission with their adult sister Lataysha Lee Pittman.

Pittman has an address in Kansas City, Mo. and they may be headed to that area.

Kenneth Russell, the father of the kids, has permanent custody.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the kids or Pittman is asked to contact the Crossett Police Department at (870) 364-4131.

UPDATE:
According to Crossett PD, the two children were located in Kansas City, MO. They were found with their adult sister.

The two are awaiting transportation back to Ashley County.

The adult sister has been arrested and is being held; waiting extradition to AR.
Charges:
Interference with Child Custody

**I wonder why she isn’t being charged with kidnapping?
