My point is our opinions will not have any bearing on this case or others. We can toss around ideas all day long but that doesn't make them fact. I would think anyone found here that is on a jury would be kicked off, or anyone working any part of the case. There is no winner here regardless.

Respectfully BBM, correct, the Facts that matter are the ones that LEO thru investigation used to turn over to the Pros Attorney office, who in return filed the same Capital Murder and Kidnapping charge for Arron Lewis and Crystal Lowery. Crystal was arrested a month after Arron, so it wasn't a rush judgement on Crystals charges.

Jury hasn't been selected yet, and I trust the Judicial system to do all it can to make sure any Jury for any Defendants is a fair and impartial jury of their peers.

And its a Fact, no winners here. And that's because of the alleged actions that Arron Lewis and his wife Crystal Lowery have been charged with. Link to charges per court docket https://caseinfo.aoc.arkansas.gov/c...=P&case_id=60CR-14-3928&begin_date=&end_date=

We are not here to solve a crime or make any rulings. But rather we are here to sleuth/discuss our opinions, thoughts, ideas, theories, etc. in hopes of helping to see that justice is served for the victim. Also, to provide support and encouragement to the families and loved ones of those who were left behind by such a horrendous situation like this one. In this case, the only victim is Beverly Carter (and her family and friends, of course).

And furthermore, I couldn't be chosen for jury duty for this case as I live out of state.

And, if we knew the "facts" then we wouldn't need to be here on Websleuths discussing these cases. JMO

Beverley's family, to our knowledge, has never part of this forum. <modsnip>

My statement was clearly meant in generalities. I am well aware there has been no jury paneled. I have zero desire to argue with any of you, because we will never agree. It is my belief, now and well before Beverly was tragically killed that just because someone is charged, does not make them guilty.

I will say that the families of both Defendants are victims also. Due to the alleged actions of both Defendants, they have issues to deal with, but nothing on the level of the Victim Beverly L Carter, and those she left behind. JMHO

Respectfully BBM. True. Only guilty if Jury/Judge finds them guilty, or they Plea Guilty. Then They are Guilty as charged in the eyes of the law.

ETA: I can think of a lot of people who would want to read here. On any thread with VI. Lots of potential information possible helpful in a Detectives investigation.... I have seen comments and still posted, that I sure has been seen by a few LEO...:sweep: Never know who members are or lurkers either for that matter...:summer:

None of that even makes sense to me. No one mentioned VIs. No one mentioned Beverly's family. Coming together as a crime community can be support for her memory and family, even if they do not come here. I hope they don't, as Crystal has been treated more like the victim than Beverly has, most days! I have said it before and I will say it again. The posters at Websleuths are allowed to sleuth and report information about anyone named as a Person of Interest or arrested for the crime. Time and time again, those who state the facts as we know them from MSM and court documents are belittled because we don't go off of pure emotion to think Crystal could never be guilty. If we are only going off facts, then innocence is not the way anyone should go. She's in jail. I refuse to be silenced just because someone "feeeeeels" like she is innocent. Good! Everyone is allowed to feel whatever they want! I have no problem with that! We are also allowed to discuss the case and those arrested. I am glad there are people that think she is oh so innocent. I am also glad I can discuss what has been released in MSM and court documents regarding her charges.

SNIPPED:
A second person has been arrested in the death of a central Arkansas real-estate agent.

According Lt. Carl Minden with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, Crystal Hope Lowery, 41, of Jacksonville, has been arrested in connection to Beverly Carter's death, and charged with capital murder and kidnapping. She was taken into custody at her home Thursday.

"We've had suspicions all along," Minden said. "This is something that through the investigative process they were able to wrap up today."

Carter disappeared after telling family she was going to show a home to a cash buyer. Her body was found several days later in a shallow grave almost 20 miles from the home she was showing.

Snipped and bolded by me:

UPDATE (10/30 6:00 p.m.):

After Lowery was arrested at her Jacksonville home Thursday, investigators turned the home into a crime scene, collecting evidence that they later delivered to the sheriff's office.

Lowery was first interviewed on September 29, the day her husband was arrested. Investigators tell Channel 7 News that it was evidence collected - not anything Lewis said - that led them to arrest and charge Lowery.

When asked what kind of role authorities believe Lowery played in Carter's death, PCSO spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said the fact she was charged with the same capital murder and kidnapping chargers as her husband is evidence that authorities believe both parties to be equally involved.

I think you are confusing a defense of Crystal's civil rights as a human with the defense of Crystal herself in this crime. I don't think anyone has or would say that she is a "victim" however she does have certain rights and as much as we all hate to admit it, so does Arron.

Sleuthing and talking about ideas isn't the same as name-calling and straight up accusing. Some of us like to have more documented factual evidence before we will agree with labeling someone in a slanderous way. We are entitled to request that information and form our own opinions. I am not saying you have done any of that. This is a general statement because I have been in many of these same conversations on different threads here.

This is an internet forum. We do not need to follow the same rules as the court system. We do not need to have a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. BUT we should have some respect, even for those who have committed a crime because even they may have family or friends who read here and they are also victims.

Carter’s murder came after Lewis had been arguing with his 38 year old wife Crystal Lowery at their home in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
The argument got so heated police were called, according to two neighbour interviewed by MailOnline.
'All I could hear was doors slamming and lots of screaming and shouting,' said one neighbour who asked not to be named. 'It was awful. Someone else called the police because it was going on for so long.'

The neighbour said Lewis and his wife and lived in the house for almost a year – and described their relationship as 'very volatile.'
'They were always arguing and seem to be at each other’s throats.'

If she received a plea deal she will receive her sentencing and start serving her time on it. Right? Except she will be brought in to testify against AL at trial. Would she be sentenced tomorrow or another date for that? Not sure how that works. Wont she have to go before the judge and the judge accept it?

This is the NICEST piece about Beverly! You really get a feeling of who she was! I have never read it before. It made me smile to read the stories about her. I can just hear her southern twang in the stories! Ultimately, it is about her and who was left behind. Rest well, Beverly. Hug those who love you tonight and help them have peace during this difficult time.

SNIPPED FROM THE ARTICLE- Names removed
Beverly was born in Alabama but grew up in Texas. By age 16, she was working at a dairy bar.

A group of construction workers met there daily. The one named C caught her eye.

Over the next few years, the couple married, had a baby they named C Jr. and moved to the elder C's home state of Arkansas.

They settled first in Monticello. Over the years, they moved often. Two more babies arrived: C2 and C3.

And then Beverly ventured into real estate.

K laughed when describing the house hunt that she and C Jr. embarked upon with Beverly when they decided to move.

"We lived in Park Hill and we wanted to stay in Park Hill. So she took us to 15 houses in Park Hill and all of them were fixer-uppers. The last one she showed us was the one she thought we should buy. It was in Sherwood. But we loved it. As she walked away, my husband and I just looked at each other, going, 'She is so good at her job.' "

Beverly used her commission from that sale to buy a bedroom suite and dining room table for her oldest son and his wife.

The pair had dated on and off for several years before C Jr. finally proposed. That happened only after his exasperated mother pulled him aside and said, "C, you have got to get it together. Either you marry her, or I'm adopting her."

Her son fell silent for a moment, then said, "Well, that's just going to make Christmas really awkward."

I agree with your post. I have myself have been in many conversations on other threads as has MPNOLA.

Respectfully BBM, I agree with this also, but we are on a forum that has TOS. We that are not VI, are to have media links, to back up what we are posting. In this case there has been an arrest, actually 2 arrests, ea charged with the equal crimes. Capital Murder and Kidnapping. Only thing we can go by, or appears to me are court documents and media links. Unless you are an approved VI. Which we as forum members and I suppose lurkers too, have the option of believing any or none. I can speak for myself, the only accusing I have done is stating the facts that Crystal Lowery and Arron Lewis are accused of Capital Murder and Kidnapping of Beverly L Carter. And the way I understood the TOS, and please correct me if I misspeak, but we are allowed to sleuth Beverly L Carter, Arron Michael Lewis and Crystal Hope Lowery. The Victim and the 2 Defendants charged with her murder and kidnapping. JMHO

I am still curious about the 4 video that Arron said were on his cell phone that were going to bring things to a different light (paraphrase have to go back and look for his exact quote). Since he now has a lawyer, wondering if they have gotten them off his phone and if that will change anything in Crystal Lowery defense strategy

Just my opinion, but I would think they would set another date for sentencing. From what I have read, anyway.
