Yes. It is clear that he files all information to be used for himself or against someone else later. Best thing she could do for herself is roll on him and come off with the whole truth for a reduced sentence. Problem is, he pre-plans! Although he no doubt told her his big plan to keep her safe through the entire ordeal, he has a Plan B to show just how deeply she was involved if she decides to flip. That's my theory that I feel pretty confidant about.

and at 2:05am- She would have to come completely clean. She knows what he knows. Crystal will be lucky if Arron doesn't tell what he knows first! He has extremely loose lips. He has a near photographic memory for details. And we all know it is not above him to try to harm her for his own gain- his extortion attempt. Neither of these charged kidnappers and murderers will walk free, that is my opinion, but one could escape the death penalty by giving up the other.

Hello there! Been away from the case for awhile, took a break while things were slow and got busy with real life. I see there has been some activity since I left and have much more catching up. Biggest thing looks to be the CL guilty confession and 30 yr sentence slap. But this AL transfer is curious too. Still think of Beverly all the time when working out there. And often wonder how the little grandaughter is doing too. I have nothing to add but wanted to check in. Past week or so I've been following the crazy case out here in Pacific Palisades with the mystery dead man found in the car who happened to have...oh, thousands of guns, 6.5 tons of ammo, 14 cars - 4 of them "combat ready" custom all terrain vehicles and.....seemingly no identity! No photos. Very few paper trails. A few names. A few women. It's all very bizarre....

Thank you for posting this. When you enlarge the picture that AL posted, there is something on the left side of the picture, where people seem to be jumping from in the pictures shown in the article. Whatever it is, it doesn't appear in the pictures in the article. I am referring to the area that juts out in somewhat of a V shape. It is really blurry when I enlarge, so maybe I am just seeing things. It sure looks like something, though.

Was thinking about Beverly last night. Did AL say that he hadn't seen her in two days, during his initial perp walk? I wonder if he was headed to check on her when he had the accident. Since he couldn't get there, maybe he sent CL? Then when he left the hospital, he could have stolen the truck.

It WAS the Haynie road listing Jane C., another realtor, was showing for Beverly. It's somewhere in past threads the Nancy Grace transcripts where Jane C. tells about texting Beverly and Beverly replied, "in Lonoke" in one of her texts.

Yes, AL did say he had not seen her in two days. Good theory you have about AL sending CL. Not sure if that would work out if LE was tailing CL at the time too?

That's true. I am sure they were tailing both of them, especially by that time. It is so baffling that he would keep the cell phone, bat, rope, etc. in the car if he knew she had passed away. I suppose he is one that could never be figured out. He is such a narcissist that he assumed he would never be caught. Apparantly he didn't know they were onto him until then, because surely he would have gotten that stuff out of the car once he knew.

Only thing I remember off hand, is what stated in Arron's Mental Eval http://www.arkansasonline.com/documents/2015/feb/26/aaron-lewis-mental-evaluation/ and as far as Crystal, just that VI stated she didn't do. Which, that is your option to believe all, some or none of. There was conversation about a failed drug test and then results of the hair test referenced in court docs, in some of the early threads. Ya got something new to look at

recalled being hospitalized for four days at the age of 16 due to his meth use. He stated that he
had not slept for seven days and was severely dehydrated. He added that he lost approximately
40 pounds during that time. Mr. Lewis denied a history of substance use treatment or drug related
arrests. He denied any alcohol or drug use during adulthood, including around the time of

What's the difference between a subpoena, a search warrant and a court order under ECPA? And what information can a government agency get from Google with each?

It's complex, but here's a summary of the different forms of legal process covered by ECPA:
Subpoena
Of the three types of ECPA legal process for stored information, the subpoena has the lowest threshold for a government agency to obtain. In many jurisdictions, including the federal system, there is no requirement that a judge or magistrate review a subpoena before the government can issue it. A government agency can use a subpoena to compel Google to disclose only specific types of information listed in the statute. For example, a valid subpoena for your Gmail address could compel us to disclose the name that you listed when creating the account, and the IP addresses from which you created the account and signed in and signed out (with dates and times). Subpoenas can be used by the government in both criminal and civil cases.
On its face, ECPA seems to allow a government agency to compel a communications provider to disclose the content of certain types of emails and other content with a subpoena or an ECPA court order (described below). But Google requires an ECPA search warrant for contents of Gmail and other services based on the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits unreasonable search and seizure.

ECPA Court Order
Unlike an ECPA subpoena, obtaining an ECPA court order requires judicial review. To receive an ECPA court order, a government agency must present specific facts to a judge or magistrate demonstrating that the requested information is relevant and material to an ongoing criminal investigation.
With such a court order, a government agency can obtain the same information as a subpoena, plus more detailed information about the use of the account. This could include the IP address associated with a particular email sent from that account or used to change the account password (with dates and times), and the non-content portion of email headers such as the "from," "to" and "date" fields. An ECPA court order is available only for criminal investigations.

Search Warrant
The threshold is higher still for an ECPA search warrant. To obtain one, a government agency must make a request to a judge or magistrate and meet a relatively high burden of proof: demonstrating "probable cause" to believe that contraband or certain information related to a crime is presently in the specific place to be searched. A warrant must specify the place to be searched and the things being sought. It can be used to compel the disclosure of the same information as an ECPA subpoena or court order—but also a user's search query information and private content stored in a Google Account, such as Gmail messages, documents, photos and YouTube videos. An ECPA search warrant is available only in criminal investigations. Carter's cell phone number of 501-944-1559. Investigators reviewed the data and
determined that Beverly Carter's cell phone pinged twice in the area north of Steel Bend
Road and south of Smarty Jones Drive at 1822 hours

Investigators determined that the phone number 914-206-1776 returned to a company
called*TextMe, Inc." TextMe, Inc. is texting and phone application that provides
smartphone users with free text and voice message, assigning them a unique phone
number.

An exigent circumstances request was placed with TextMe, Inc. And they provided a
report detailing that the actual cell phone number assigned to (914) 206-1776 was in fact
(501) 687-3833 belonging to a Crystal Lowery of 165 Randall Drive in Jacksonville, AR.
Further research into Beverly Carter's phone records revealed that she and/or the person
using (501) 637-3833 communicated via text messaging numerous times however the
text message content had been deleted from the victim's cell records only leaving a
record of the data transaction. Investigators also determined that Crystal Lowery and her
husband, Aaron Lewis, have a black 2014 Ford Fusion registered to them.

I guess like the iphones have to buy from itunes, the android phones get their apps from google play store or Amazon play store. At least mine does. I dont know if it has anything to do with Google as much as it is an android app.
