Jan. He doesnt stand a chance. He will spend the rest of his days in prison.

Other than giving the name that Arron and Crystal used and that Beverly Phone was with Arron when he wrecked, And that Crystal Lowery partipated in both the Kidnapping and Murder of Beverly Carter, no other new info was revealed that I could hear.

First Degree Murder and Kidnapping, 30 yr on both counts, concurrent with 221 days jail credit.
Must serve 70% (21 yrs) before can even make application for Parole Hearing.

Had surveillance on their home from the beginning!!! Well, I am sure they saw a lot. What a surprise when little girls came to roll the house! Probably gave them a little chuckle in the middle of something horrible and heavy. God Bless sweet little girls!

Law enforcement got it right. They had it right all along. Between good detective work and Arron's big, fat mouth, a murderer has been placed right where she belongs today- behind some tightly locked bars. I am sickened and horrified that a woman and a mother could kill another woman, mother, grandmother that she recognized and knew. Selfish, entitled and EVIL. And for what? To end up behind bars for a good portion of life.

Beverly, smile down on your family today. They will miss you forever, but at least today, guilt was admitted. You didn't have to fight for accountability today. In the words of CJr, "one down, one to go".

No, that was Friday night that the toilet paper stuff happened. We know from prev reports that they didnt get the info on who phone number the fake came back to until Saturday and Surv began early Sunday. And today the Pros only said that the phone was under Crystal Lowery name and they began surveillance. But they were both suspects from the time they found out whose name the phone number was listed. They have alot of phone records...


NOW.... wonder about he dump truck and when Arron went on the run... :underbus: :busted:

CL was absolutely charged with stealing BLs phone that was her theft by receiving, so maybe she had more than one but that and the dirty panties were on the list of items removed from the home.

Pretty sure she will be transported to the prison intake and then on to Newport... McPherson Unit, thats where the female prisoners are . They will transport her back to court as they did Arron from Tucker Max. ..... lol to be a fly on the wall.... :bombshell:

No disrespect but the Pros Attorney when he read the narrative on the charges. He very plainly stated that Beverly Carters phone was in the possession of Arron Lewis when he wrecked his vehicle. I and everyone in the courtroom heard it. Pretty sure its in the media reports by now also. So no need to take my word on it. I will find a link :findinglink:

Johnson in court said that investigators developed Lowery and Lewis as suspects after finding records showing communication between Carter's phone and Lowery's. Lewis was followed and he had in his possession Carter's phone, Johnson said.

He said that "further investigation" of the cellphone records showed "it was apparent that Crystal Lowery participated in the plan and kidnapping of Ms. Beverly Carter, which resulted in her death."

Lowery was then asked whether Johnson's description of the case was true. She acknowledged it was.

She's GUILTY of first degree murder. I probably wouldn't want the friends who blindly followed and believed me to see that I was actually guilty, either. Not a maybe, an absolute guilty with 30 years to prove it- and that was the bargain plan, based on what she did! Can we agree to no longer defend Crystal here? Yep and if she doesn't fulfill her agreement, on it she goes to trial... Per the Pros Attorney. Personally if I had a good friend I cared about, on something like this especially, and if I had supported them, I darn sure would be there for them in court. JMHO I just that kind of friend. I am 100%.

Actually she has told them all the details and admitted she did. I believe she is supposed to tell the TRUth now and I choose to believe her over anyone that was a VI. Thats my choice. I really don't care what she stole. Its nothing compared to who she murdered. jmo

The VI's were evidently victims of Crystal's lies too. I personally choose to believe LE and the media's reportings, not second hand BS from Crystal's family and friends!
I'm sure there is plenty more to come out in Arron's trial, plenty about BOTH of their involvement.
Celebration? It's not a matter of celebration of Crystal's plea, but one more step in the Justice For Beverly direction!!

She probably did receive it! And use it! And they have proof because her phone and Beverly's phone were traveling together talking to Arron on his phone in a different location. It can be all of the above, except that they took the phone from her dirty underwear and the DNA on it was from her underwear DNA. And then he had it when he was caught. <modsnip> NO DOUBT more info will come out at Arron's trial. What 100% will NOT come out is that she is innocent. If she was innocent, she wouldn't have bargained to get 30 years. She would face that jury knowing there is no way they had evidence of a crime because she wasn't there.

(1) The theft by receiving charge is still on the docket showing that it was bound over to Circuit. And we have no idea if it was going to be addressed at Crystal Lowery Capital Murder and Kidnapping trial, and don't guess we will know since she Plea Guilty. But as of now its still against her.

(2) As far as the phone just being in Crystal Lowery name, they have more than it just in her name. She was a PARTICIPANT and ANSWERED THE JUDGE THAT "YES" SHE WAS.

(4) Yes Ma'am I believe its a reason to Celebrate. Justice For Beverly Carter is half way fulfilled. And I for one, will not apologize. And I dang sure wouldn't be agreeing to 30 yrs of PRISON on First Degree Murder and 30 yrs for Kidnapping (to run concurrent) if i was innocent.... Just my name on the phone bill.... If I knew I didn't participate, Nope.... But Crystal Knew she did.... :cheer: :judge:

Anything else about any particulars I guess would have to come from a VI if they want to share, because Pros Attny isnt going to release anything else to the media. Until Arron Oct Pretrial....
