I just want to say Carl is very tight with the attorneys (they had to approve the plea deal) and the detectives. He says in the beginning of the interview there are things he can't discuss. I have a hard time believing that he was saying anything that wasn't approved to discuss. Most of what he says relates to Crystal's role and she is done. She is already a convicted kidnapper and murderer.

I am <modsnip> all over at this situation. I am angry for Beverly. I am angry for Beverly's family. I am angry for the children that Crystal left motherless. And I am angry that we were trying to be tricked, just like Beverly! Crystal is far from anything good. She is an evil monster, as I said from the jump. They CHOSE to kill her when they thought they wouldn't get the money before the cops caught them. It was a choice, not an accident. It was murder. Over some money! And they attempted it with other women first. I am glad her child is safe. I am mad that Beverly is not. Her life, nor her money, was theirs to claim.

He also said that they killed her after the cops started closing in to quickly so I guess her death wasn't accidental? I mean like from suffocating or whatever? On a different note Carl Jr is such a strong well spoken young man. I couldn't be as strong as he has been if something so horrible happened in my family!

I agree. I am very surprised that CCjr would share all of this. Like you I thought these things were under seal. You know how defense attorneys can be.

Yes, this bit of info really surprised me. I'm not sure why, but I really felt like they had killed her on accident.....like accidentally placing tape over her nose or something like that.

Boy, was I wrong! These two are so lucky that the death penalty was pulled off the table.

Don't forget them trying to extort TKL123 for $5,000.00. I say "them" because I'd bet she was in on it too or was the mastermind of it! Also, she drove to KS and basically kidnapped her own daughter in the middle of the night without telling TKL!!! That's LOW right there!!!
She was going to risk anything to keep child support bucks rolling in....even trying to bring her own daughter back into a total freaking mess back in Arkansas! I'm so glad TKL123 has his daughter and she is safe now!!!

I just went back and re-read the recent FB post that CCjr made about his trip to the concrete plant where they found poor Beverly. This line really stood out:

I dreaded the thought of seeing this place... feeling the ground on which my mother laid (on and in)... and hearing the sounds of that area that were her last.

And hearing the sounds that were her last? It looks like the actual murder took place AT the concrete plant.

I now wondering if he didn't take her out there in the stolen dump truck after he had escaped from the hospital? Was the theft of that particular truck just a convenience or was it more calculated than that?

All this recent info has really rocked my thoughts about this whole thing. I mentioned it a few posts ago, but I really, really thought all this time that they had somehow accidentally killed her in a bumbled kidnapping attempt. Not that it makes her any less dead, but the fact that they just callously disposed of her life when she became inconvenient.......I'm not sure how to put it into words what I'm trying to say.

I think before these recent revelations, I thought the duo were just a couple of stupid, bumbling idiots that got in over their heads. Now I've really come to the realization that they are just evil, sick minded people who thought it was their right to just go out and take something from someone else because....why? They thought they deserved it?!

I don't know how the poor Carter's are going to be able to stand being in the same courtroom with those two. Can you imagine the restraint it must take?

Wow only took about an hour to go through all that stuff.
Couple thing that caught my eye .
That BC had concrete dust on her shoes , meaning she walking around the concrete plant.
