I think you should keep your opinion about others on this board respectful. Saying that friends who wish to believe their friend are enablers is crossing the line. I'm not the one on trial. I am simply here to find out the truth. If I post things that she has told me I have no reason to believe she lied. If later I find out what I post is incorrect then I will gladly state I was wrong. Just because I want to believe in someone and so far they have not given me reason to doubt them does not mean you should call me an enabler. I've been pounced on the entire time I've been here. Had many PM from other members who don't like what they see going on here with members who are pouncing.

You need to remember that I'm human just like you. Ex's aren't always the most reliable sources of information as are not ex family members who clearly do not like CL from what they are posting here. Everyone has a right to their personal feelings and to post. Just remember no matter who is posting as long as it's their opinion or what they heard it does not make it true. I have tried very hard to verify things that I have posted.

Someone coming here posting that someone is saying they knew about something like a murder and alleging they are saying that from a jail house phone IMO is just unbelievable. If for no other reason just her perp walk shows she would not talk about this. Not to mention other inconsistency in some of what they have posted that I know to be wrong. For example that the ex did not volunteer to come move the items out of the house nor brought the children to see CL.

I see a lot of things posted here that are not correct. I have asked Butler about some of them. She has already admitted she had at least one thing wrong. People get confused on what they have heard. That does not make them a liar or an enabler.

Again, I'm here for the truth. Whatever that is.

And regardless of all the things being posted here, about CL, by an ex family member who obviously does not care for CL, are all opinions of that person, which she has every right to have. Regardless if they are true or not, it is a stretch to kidnapping and murder. CL does not fit that profile. Even Butler stated here that the ex and ex family do not believe she is guilty.

First, she may have told him in person at the visit. No one said it was on the phone.

I believe butler said it would be shocking to know she had hands on because she has not ever been a violent person. But, has always been selfish and manipulative on spite of being a decent mother to her kids to the point that they love her and H even wants to be with her. But her choices show that her kids were not priority for at least a short time in her life. AL was.

So first, she "led you to believe" it was during the day. Now... You have details about what she told you.

It makes me Sick that you believe her so adamantly after all you have learned. Everyone's a liar except CL and the clerks clicked the wrong button and LE made a false arrest just to get information.

NOT AT ALL. I have never said everyone here is a liar except CL. What I am saying is that things get confused. When people repeat things they can be taken out of context. I was led to believe it was during the day at 10 am. I have learned here that because she is accused people automatically assume she is guilty. Clerks can click wrong buttons. Ex spouses do sling mud during custody battles. LE can make false arrests. All of these things can happen and do happen. I don't know if that is what happened in this situation, I'm only saying there are ALWAYS two sides to every story.

I have always said I am here for the truth. Can all of you say the same? It's easy to jump on the she is guilty band wagon. I'm trying to figure this out. I do not believe she is guilty of kidnapping and murder. I however am not saying she has not made bad decisions in her life, as all of us probably have. AL was a bad decision. I said that from day one here. IF she had her daughter sneak out at 4:30 a.m. that is a bad decision and not a good example. IF the ex used what AL told him in a custody battle that is a normal thing to happen. Trying to get the upper hand in a custody battle is normal behavior when people fight over their children.

IF she had her daughter sneak out at 4:30 a.m. then I absolutely do not support that behavior. I also don't support lynch mob behavior that is all too common in this country. My heart breaks for BC's family and I do believe they deserve justice. They deserve for the people who did this to be punished. IF CL participated in this then yes she should be punished.

However I have never said everyone is a liar except CL. It is obvious that Butler321 is not a fan of CL. That is okay and Butler has a right to voice her opinion. Just because she or I post things here do not make them the fact. We are posting our opinion or what we believe to be the truth. I respect that Butler and I have a difference of opinion on CL and welcome her posts. If I find that CL is lying to me then I will be the first to admit. I have made that clear from the beginning.

All I am saying is that I know from two reliable sources that the ex volunteered to move things out of the house. He was a no show. I have not posted that here before because I did not feel that it was helpful to the case. There are a lot of things I don't post here because they are not helpful to the case. I only posted what I did yesterday because Butler321 had many things wrong and I was giving the other side. Butler was kind enough to admit to me in PM that the ex was indeed to come clean out the house. Butler says CL sister called him and told him he was not needed. If that is the truth great. But what I posted that he was to come and was a no show is correct. The person he had been communicating with about coming to clean out the house was not told he was not going to show up. It sounds like a miscommunication issue not that anyone is lying. This is a stressful situation for those who are involved with the family. I'm sure it's stressful for Butler321.

Just yesterday I was accused, hypothetically of course, of being a legal sec or having an informant who is a legal sec. I chuckled when I read it but then thought to myself, I hope some innocent person does not lose their job over lynch mob mentality for people posting, hypothetically of course, things that are not true.

Are jailhouse phone calls always recorded? Because I just watched a Netflix series called Wentworth and in one of the episodes, the staff was instructed to start recording so-and-so's phone calls. And of course since it's on a fictional TV series, it must be true .

But seriously, are they all recorded 100% of the time?

I think they are all the time, but I don't know that as a fact. Remember all those visitations with Casey Anthony and her parents? I know, those weren't actually phone calls, but they had to video visit and use a phone.

Earlier this week when speaking to her ex he flat out asked her "what evidence they have against her" and she replied that "she didn't know anything about it until it was over" implying that she wasn't directly involved. Then he asked her "so when we spoke that Sunday night and you said you didn't know anything you were lying?" and she replied "yes"

Here it is. Butler said the first anyone heard of it was on the phone on Sunday. (After the kidnapping) and that "earlier this week when speaking to her" . That could have been the visit. At the time, butler wasn't aware of the visit but still did not post that the latest info came from a phone conversation.

Until the trial starts we only have the court documents that can really be considered as facts. I do not believe these legal documents are mistakes and errors.

I still continue to go back to the superman motorcycle stunt video. That right there shows me that she is not exactly one to make good choices. A nearly 40 year old woman acting that way? If she were 20 it would be one thing, but at her age? Very, very odd.

Couple that with continuing to stay with a man that went so far as to go to her exhusband with the intent of having her daughter removed from her home.....for no other reason than his own financial gain.

Considering just those two incidents, it doesn't seem to me that far of a stretch that she could have been talked into doing some other things or otherwise found herself involved over her head in a bad situation.

She's not exactly batting 1000 in the good decisions catagory.

My gut tells me she was involved, although to what extent remains to be seen.

This whole thing right there seems so Billy Dunnish and look how it ended up for little Hailey. If this hadnt of happened with Beverly, I cringe to think of what could have happened to this child down the road.

That would have definitely been the straw that broke the camels back for me.
Like NJ said, we probably all made bad decisions and I'm no exception. I give way too much trust sometimes. But what I put up with for myself and what I put up with for my children are two very different things as I feel is this case for most women who may have jumped into a relationship without knowing the person as well as they should, or think they do.
Most of us are mama bears.. Mess with my kids and I will eat you alive. Or at least get them the hell away from you.

He (the ex) lives in Kansas some 12 hours away by drive. I doubt he was here to visit "earlier this week" so I have to assume IF this conversation took place that it could have ONLY been on the phone. The last time he was here to visit was Nov 15th. That much I can confirm AS FACT because the daughter hung out and spent the night with her friends when he brought her here to see her mom. She has not been back. My daughter is on of her friends.
