*note* these are from BENTON COUNTY- which is where Rogers AR is located. *there is also a town BENTON but it is Saline county. These charges are where AL was in prison and was released from in 2013.

Makes me wonder why AL when released from the Grimes Unit in Newport, why he came to the Central Arkansas area. Someone he met in prison? I remb before AL was captured, reading on the FH page someone alluding to a girl who he had a child with in .(which is abt 32 miles due south of Little Rock).

Looks like he took a plea deal.

That's because there are a lot that are not online I have been looking for something in Lonoke County for a year or so haha, hoping they get that part online. I also think Pulaski County is the only one with Marriage lic online <could be wrong on that tho.

I think the stuff from Springdale, isn't online because its in Washington County.

Ahh I see, thanks. Two "Arron" Lewis's with that same odd spelling in same Arkansas prison - different charges, what are the odds? An easy mistake. My bad. But not sure what bubble you're referring to... As is often stated, we are all here seeking the truth. The Arron M Lewis that was cited to be a heavy meth user in the custody court paperwork is the same one. Hopefully that report has not burst anyone's bubble. in any case the truth on the drug use will likely be known soon so we won't have keep trying to to seek verification yay or nay.

I don't think so necessarily. I have looked at TONS of these theft cases and its truly sad how many of those and the drug cases get suspended sentences. AL got charged with a lot then got so of the time suspended. Then he got paroled on some of the time he did get! That's why he only spent a small amount of time. Makes no sense, why give someone a sentence if they aren't going to have to serve it!

The article reports that the ex wife was also arrested for the Walmart theft so there should be a record available on that, but no idea what her name is.

It was in Springdale so it wont show up online. They most likely either went on that pay sight to get court docs (Beaglebrd knows what the name is) or went to court house itself. The article we are looking at says the ex wife committed the stealing with AL, but the way the article is written to me it sounds like AL is who got arrested. She could have also but that's how I read it. And on the child custody/divorce... no matter where the lady moves/moved to that case will stay in the county where orders made. So unless someone can access it on the pay site or goes by the Washington Cty court house... we SOL on that haha darnit

Ok, so arkansasmimi...these docs in the report from KFSM are not available online because it's a different county and their docs aren't online. I think I have that in my pea - brain now! Whew!
Sorry for my confusion. Since I'm not from AR I'm not familiar with some things. Oklahoma's online court docs are available for all counties, so I was wondering why I could not find those docs they were referring to.

Mr. Carter stated around 2100 hours he became worried when he had not heard from his wife. Mr. Carter stated he went to 14202 Old Rive Drive to check on his wife but when he got there he, found her vehicle a brown 2014 Cadillac SRX bearing AR. LPN BCARTER, parked in the driveway with her purse inside. Mr. Carter also stated he found the door to the residence open, so he walked inside and searched for his wife without finding her. Mr. Carter stated after he searched the residence he called the PCSO to report his wife missing. Mr. Carter stated his wife was last seen wearing a black sleeveless shirt and red shorts.
After making contact with Mr. Carter, Deputy Scruggs and I conducted a search of the residence without locating Mrs. Carter or any evidence of a crime. I observed that the key to the door lock was not on scene and that no items were missing from her purse. Moments later I sealed off the perimeter of the residence with crime scene tape and started a crime scene log. Moments later Sgt. Hutton arrived on scene and contacted the on call detective. At 0022 hours, Deputy Scruggs and I also conducted a search of the residence at 13407 Old River Drive which was also one of the homes Mrs. Carter was supposed to be showing on 09/25/14


1. what did C. Carter do between 9 and 1043? < Cant remb times of the text messages... thinking out loud, not meaning anything suspious against Mr. Carter. Did he drive around... did he get a ransom call??

2. officer states he searched perimeter of res without finding BC or evidence of crime.. observed key to lock not on scene.. yet nothing missing from her purse. Then says moments later he sealed off the perimeter with crime scene tape and started a crime scene log... What happened in those "moments" did the officer make it a crime scene? another text?? call??

3. 0022 (1222am) roughly 1hr 22 min after officer arrives at 14202, he and another officer leave and go to 13407 Old River Drive- which is right down the road- to search that house.. I wonder if C. Carter checked that house also? maybe he didnt see her veh when he drove by and then he went into the 14202 address because he saw her car. The last text came around 1 a.m. correct? If so then it would appear to me that C Carter would still be with the LEO when that text came correct?

4. The lady listed as witness lives next door @ 14207. So did this lady see something possibly that made the officer change his mind "moments later" ? Something made this get huge attention fast, we all agree to that. And i remember reading of other families upset with the media not covering their missing families. Listed under OTHER PARTIES, Beverly C, listed as well as 3 others. 2 of the others listed are friends/co workers at the Real Estate office. who is the other? Not sleuthing her, I just have a thought.

5. JMHO, after reading this initial report, i take less stock in the eye witness reports on the veh. I don't know what time the video from the news people were, but it was clearly the next day.. so that gives room for error.
