Someone on this site sent me a PM that told me the rumor from LE. I was kind enough to say I heard it from a friend so as not to bring PM into equation. But since it's being pointed out and I'm once again being questioned I will say that is "the friend" who told me they had connection with LE and was told. Other rumors (which I clearly both times were rumors told to me, second hand information and that I have NO way to verify.

WTH is with reposting everything I say? Do I need to go back and read and post everyone on this board who has things wrong because that would take all day!

These were rumors. I clearly state rumors. I was asking had anyone heard them too? Did anyone know who made the appointment male or female?

Just like the rest of you I AM ALSO FREE TO SLEUTH AND ASK QUESTIONS.

I am going to jump in. Like any thread with VIs, it is a take it or leave it we don't have to believe it. I am a factual person so it is hard for me to believe things unless I see it with my own eyes and MSM may not always be right. But, I believe that or LE. So, I try to believe a VI, but I have found some to backpeddle and be caught contradicting themselves.

You have said said several times things like, I don't know why people don't believe me, I have no reason to lie, etc. It is not that people may not believe you it is that your information stems from the defendant in a case. One who I believe has lied already. One who is not a trustworthy or a reliable person. You must understand and not get bent out of shape if people don't believe you. It is our choice.

Now I believe the above poster did this because you are giving us lots of information as a VI and some of it is confusing and conflictting. The drug test date for example. May be minor, but it was two different dates you gave us. Above, you first said a friend. Second, you said, on here you read or another site. Those are conflicting to us. You said that it is hard to remember everything because it is hard and emotional and I am sure that it is for you. For me and I know others, please understand why we may chose to not believe everything when it doesn't flow consistently for whatever the reason may be. It doesn't mean you are a bad person or you are not telling the truth. It is just difficult to follow and makes it hard to know which comment to believe.

She was getting cash to meet the step mom half way with the daughter when they were arrested. This is why she told me the step mom called LE and told them she was leaving town and they arrested her. Butler has said the step mom meant no ill will. I don't know step mom so those are conflicting stories. I have no reason to believe that CL didn't think step mom got her arrested and no reason to believe this may have been a misunderstanding or misconception on her part based on Butler's account.

CL and step mom have always had a friendly/cordial relationship. Due to dad's work schedule it was frequently step mom who picked up and dropped off kids for visits. So in this scenario it was not unusual for step mom to be coordinating the child exchange.

I've told this story before but I'll tell it again. On Sunday night both parents agreed for daughter to go to dad's house for a week or so and the plan was to meet halfway "sometime on Monday." On Monday morning a detective called dad and told him "you need to get your daughter quickly because crystal will be in custody by the end of the day." Dad asked what the charges were and the detective said that he could not discuss any specifics and that he would appreciate it if dad would keep this to himself. To which dad said of course and thanks for the heads up. Remember... The detective had no idea that the parents had already decided for daughter to go to dad's. So I commend this detective for making an effort to look out for the daughter... He really had no obligation to do so. So dad (who is at work and his commanding officer wouldn't let him leave) called step mom and said "we need to get daughter like now and not later this afternoon" So step mom immediately calls crystal and says can we both leave now and meet at the usual meeting spot to which crystal said yes. Step mom then calls the detective back... Tells him who she is and informs him that they are leaving now to exchange the daughter and I'm sure she probably told him that they were meeting in Oklahoma.

Crystal was arrested within 30 minutes of that phone call. Now.. Did they arrest her at that time to prevent her from leaving the state? Or because AL was being arrested at that same time and they didn't want her to run? Or was that just the time that the warrant came through? Could be any or all of those reasons.

Now remember that dad filed for custody because his children's step father was arrested for capital murder... And at the time step mom called the detective AL either had not been arrested yet or his arrest was not made public. But crystal tells people that the step mom "got her arrested" in order to get a leg up in a custody fight... There was no custody fight at the time the call was made. And of course crystal always wants to play the victim... Blaming someone else for getting her arrested vs the fact that no one got crystal arrested but crystal.

NJ I don't blame you for believing what you were told. You had no reason not to believe what CL was telling you.... But come on... Which version of this story makes more common sense?

We need some humor and it did make me laugh when I read AL bringing the dogs into his disputing the divorce. I can see a judge saying "We cant continue on until we resolve doggy custody issues. "
That paper and his last court appearance shows how desperate he is to hang on to CL. When he said on his fb he would do anything for her I think he really meant it . Even very bad things. jmo

Just a wandering thought... I wonder if Arron was messing with any real estate agent who might have been on the list to show this location?? Although, it was reported that Arron called Beverly's phone to make the appointment (am I right??), so I guess that wouldn't be an option.

Carl Jr recent interview says this was random. I think its speculation about her phone so IDK . Im still confused if it was supposed to be BC or any realtor would do. Since AL said because she was a rich realtor I lean toward them asking to see the house through BC. jmo but IDK for sure.

2 things to report:

Friend who has connections with LE has been told "off the record" that the connection that got the warrant for arrest for CM of CL is her phone. Apparently the call to make the appointment was made with her phone Did he use her phone, did she make the appointment, or something else? Don't know. Anyone ever hear if it was a female or male that made the appointment? I do not have first hand knowledge of this or any way to verify this information. Reporting what I am told. This is second hand information. I have no reason to doubt the friend but no way to verify.

Same friend reports that neighbors say a hatchet and metal pipe was removed from CL's house the second time it was searched after her arrest. Could this mean that BC was hit with something to cause death? Don't know.

There is also the rumor I read here or on another site where someone claimed her phone was used to call and make the appointment. That would probably be enough to get her arrested.

I dont think that will work if his pings showed him somewhere else with his phone and her phone somewhere else.He cant be in 2 places. Location will be a factor in it. If both their phones are pinging from the same location it could be discredited. Also was a message left that BC had to return a call ? AL and CL phone pings will play a roll in it.

Held until wee hours of morning then they arrested her at 10 a.m. on Monday.

Pretty sure it was posted that CL told cops or friends that she bought the guns for AL.

This was just a rumor on Facebook. Not fact.

They moved very quickly to revoke Al's parole and get him moved to the state pen--- usually they wait in county jail some time before being moved( yes I know this for fact) ...I suspect LE knew they were going to arrest Cl soon and did not want CL & AL in same jail..

LE wouldn't have anything to do with that. That would be parole officer.

Channel 11 story was on Dec 4 and they said they got their info from ALs lawyer.... Now AL claims his lawyer lied about something and he wants him fired. Could be as simple as that. In any case, it's not channel 11s fault in this one since this judge order posted above was 6 days after the channel 11 article
appeared on Dec 4 so Hemsley had said the previous week that AL would have to take the evaluation.

You can't believe all the media says. Yesterday, in AR in the Malik Drummond case. Two year old that is missing. News reported he had been found without checking other news sources picked up the story. LE was not pleased. Little boy is still missing.

And AL did it to get back at CL, like when he attempted to extort $5k from her ex-husband because she threw him out.

Back in the beginning there was a social media post from the girl that sold a gun and taser to Crystal. She was calling her out on it. I don't believe she is the poor unsuspecting wife that some here are trying to make her seem.
I believe LE has a good reason to have arrested and charged her as they have.
No, being a bad mom doesn't automatically make her a kidnapper and killer, but it does give a glimpse into her character.

Do you have a link for this? All I ever read was a girl that knew AL said he showed her a gun and a taser.
