I think it reveals alot that the ex could have custody of the son as long as he continued paying child support on him. Since each had a child in their custody no one should have been paying child support.Im not getting why he should pay her child support on a child he is already supporting.
oh I think he put it in there to get the reaction from her. To make some sort of a point hey we weren't separated.I think AL probably threw the pregnancy possibility in there for kicks and because in Arkansas, you cannot get a divorce during a pregnancy.

She was getting cash to meet the step mom half way with the daughter when they were arrested. This is why she told me the step mom called LE and told them she was leaving town and they arrested her. Butler has said the step mom meant no ill will. I don't know step mom so those are conflicting stories. I have no reason to believe that CL didn't think step mom got her arrested and no reason to believe this may have been a misunderstanding or misconception on her part based on Butler's account.
Does anyone have the link to CL's application for indigent status? ArkansasMimi said she saw it on a news article, IIRC.

She better buckle up, strap on a helmet and put on the kevlar. She knows very well what he is capable of doing when he gets mad because she saw what he did to others.
Omgee, surely they wouldn't allow him near a computer or any other device with Internet capabilities. Now that's scary!Or maybe AL gets some of his legal advice from PrisonTalk?

I think moot means questionable or unexpected but haven't looked it up. I could be wrong.
LOL, get out of here! AL and a muzzleloader? Was he imagining himself on horseback fox-hunting among the landed gentry? LOL, sorry. Why on earth would he want that? Did he grow up hunting around there? Or has he been reading some sovereign citizen ramblings?
Not sure if this is still the case, but in 2005 the Arkansas Attorney General issued this opinion regarding possession of "antique firearms" by convicted felons:

He already did her once when he contacted the ex with that stuff. ITA.This is going to get nasty.
Do you have a link for this? All I ever read was a girl that knew AL said he showed her a gun and a taser.
Moot circumstances was referenced in the same sentence about her possibly being pregnant.I know what the word moot means. I'm questioning what AL means by moot circumstances in reference to his letter to judge about being served with divorce papers. That confused me????
Held until wee hours of morning then they arrested her at 10 a.m. on Monday.
would have loved to be at Garth Brooks concert tonight but am hanging out with you instead![]()
He HAD to have known some how. If he didn't read it on the Internet then whoever he was talking or texting with during that time was feeding him info. Not now, I don't think, but I was thinking earlier that he was probably reading FH's FB from Thursday until he was caught. Kinda gave me the creeps.
Oops, meant to quote jstanokielegal's post when I wrote this reply about AL's access to computers.
We know he bragged on FB and big time on YouTube. CL had it out with that one woman about him so you know she was reading everything she could of his online. We know she was still a Facebooker (seems many are leaving Facebook for Instagram, etc.) because she posted her Halloween party pics with the knife. There's just no way she didn't know about his 7 felonies. Besides it probably was brought up in their first meet up on the Internet on Craigslist or Plenty of Fish or whatever forum they used to meet others to "date."
