CL was selling a lot of items about the 2 wks before she was arrested for CM & Kidnapping including her daughters bed... that pretty much led me to believe she was going to run---who sales their childs bed??

She did quite a few things that made it appear she was ready to go on the lam, IMO.

As far as she and her lawyer and friends being completely shocked and that her arrest came out of the blue, I don't agree. The cops made it pretty clear to her that they didn't believe her from what we've been told. They confiscated her cell phone and kept it as evidence. Animal control took her dogs and adopted them out ASAP. Detectives searched her house and confiscated her things and his. They probably even advised her ex- to seek emergency custody out of concern for her daughter's well-being.

I totally agree. I don't think she was doing too good of a job of channeling her inner June Cleaver!

I wonder what kind of additional access someone would get to things if they are representing themselves. Certainly, you would think something, right? Otherwise, they would have no way to research a case. If they do, you bet your bottom dollar he knows about it! I think he is much "smarter" than we give him credit for. I think he is able to keep up with and come up with little loopholes to get through and by everything. After all, I don't know many people who have successfully sued a prison and got money from being incarcerated! Of course, I don't know anyone who has been in prison, so there is that.

Also, I have learned to never be surprised by the secrets people keep. I know a woman. Married. 3 kids. Suzie Homemaker. Bible school teacher. PTA president. Cooked dinner for the pastor. You name it! Until it was discovered by her husband that she was having sex-- LOTS AND LOTS of random, anonymous sex--- everywhere! In hotels, bathrooms, you name it! with plenty of men. Many, she wouldn't even ask their name. She was on those married looking for discreet sex sites. When the husband went "public", everyone called him a liar. No one believed him and thought he was hoooorrible for even suggesting such a thing. Of course, she denied it to everyone and was horrified he would tell such lies!, but she admitted it to him and told him she would deny it to the end to anyone else. Point is, you only ever know about someone what they want you to know about them. That's why I am staying single with my young son, for now. I'm not prepared to take the risk of a liar here to hurt someone, at this point.

Speaking of... we had so many discussions about the duct tape and tearing it. Likely, this was how he cut the duct tape.

I know what the word moot means. I'm questioning what AL means by moot circumstances in reference to his letter to judge about being served with divorce papers. That confused me????

a moot point: a side issue, problem or question which does not have to be decided to resolve the main issues in a dispute.

I may be wrong and don't know how to word what I am trying to say. But I THINK he is speaking of Plaintiff may be pregnant.

He HAD to have known some how. If he didn't read it on the Internet then whoever he was talking or texting with during that time was feeding him info.

No telling what he said to CL when HE called her to come to the hospital. And he could very well have called or texted her while on the run. JMHO but was very dumb of CL to get that other phone and have # transferred while the other was in LEO custody. Something about that just doesn't some good.

we can pretty much guess that AL did a lot of buglurys ...the hidden guns were most likely taken from a theft... I saw several people post about CL & AL about the stun gun and other gun that CL supposedly bought for AL, he bragged about it I believe.. She would have just received her student loan money the 1st of Sept.

And per NJ she took some summer classes, so there some more student loan $. Someone I know going thru that program, due to grad in May 2015, has taken summer classes IIRC 6 week course end of May thru June? something like that. BUT I guess depends on which class course taking

as far as CL, I understand the ins. job was rare for her as she always depended on men to support her..

That's awesome about your friend! I think a parent who completes an advanced degree or even a high school diploma sets a great example for their children.

Going to the hospital when he asked her to demonstrated that she wasn't done with the relationship, IMO.

How did she choose that Aug 27 "separation date" when they were cohabitating? Did she pluck it out of thin air or did she backdate it to meet some state legal requirement?

Craigs List, yard sale facebook sites and auction facebook sites locally, sell guns, stun guns & ammo... I saw a flashlight/ stun gun combo for $25 for sale on one of the sites CL was on...

Heck I went to an auction few yrs back and they were selling stun guns! LOL I was skeered to walk to my car, afraid a freak would zap me haha

I don't think would be the box cutter, because it states September 28th.. which was Sunday, when they searched the home. MAN I wish we knew what they got on the search warrant haha

One of the conditions for a divorce complaint to be filed in Arkansas is that no children are expected of the marriage. I believe, if you are expecting you have to wait for the birth before you can even file.

He knew or did enough research to know that if pregnancy is an issue a divorce would be denied at this time..
And then there's the narc jab he does by possibly asking CL to submit to a pregnancy test ?

Ot but When I said she was also a victim earlier, I want to clarify that I put her in a different victim category.
IMO she was vulnerable possibly and a perfect target for his kind. However, she was also selfish and untrustworthy and manipulative herself. Her choices and her actions led her where she is. Her husband is a full blown narcissist though and before she crossed the line and joined him on his psychosis ride.. She was a victim of this kind of abuse clearly.

Dunno, She got served with the Emerg Custody change at 915, went and obtained Holiman as attny for the theft chg filed at 1 something and 2 something she electronically filed for divorce. Funny thing on that, I noticed that AL sent the Response paperwork to Holiman ! AND set himself up a transport from prison to court

Not sure why the Aug 27th date.. prob got coached from the lawyer, but she filed it pro se also. AL has also asked for time to conduct discovery ... sounds interesting... Wonder where he gonna get it from? lol

You have to be living separate and apart for 30 days before you can file a complaint for Divorce. At least, you used to have to. Not positive that's still the case but doubt the law has changed.

I am not gonna go there on CL. AL was not her first bad decision. She is 40 yrs old. She was all excited an into that stunt video. NJ herself said CL went to stay that weekend with an Ex BF. So to me, she just as bad as AL going online, same weekend. According to NJ, and I tend to believe her, CL had friends who cared for her. She could have gone to one of their homes and stayed correct? Stuff like her son living with his Father, yet making him pay full amt of CS and the gym for daughter. This was all prior to AL. Sorry, as creepy and all the things I feel and have read about AL, CL doesn't just get a free or easy pass. I big enough person if something comes out and CL is exonerated of these charges to come and humbly say I sucked at what I thought was what. But too many lil flags are flapping in the wind for me right now. And as someone said, when CL went to the Hospital when AL called... no one made her go. JMHO
