Wasting your breath @Tullula.Belle. Thanks anyway.

I wouldn't stay at my house either if my husband was on the run, face all over media, pictures of my house and address all over the media, neighbors giving interviews about my life. Heck no. I would have got the h311 out of there too. Reporters were still knocking on her door days after she returned home. Nope can't say as I blame her for staying elsewhere. Beating my head on concrete now. Poking my eyes out with pencils. Less painful than continuing to read this nonsense.

I thought the same thing when I read it. I would not be able to stay there. I get a cold chill when I saw her post for a TV for sale on Cabot garage sales fb group because I figured it was ALs stuff she was selling off. I would want rid of any and everything about him. Speaking of that, I did not suspect her at all back then. I remember wishing she could talk to us and tell what she had been through with him.
I know it's got to be even more shocking to really know her and then realize she somehow got involved enough to be charged along with him.

I knew that was going to bite me! Lol. I didn't realize what I said till later when I re-read Itzel It was too late to edit. Yes she has been charged.. I worded it as if she has been convicted and that was wrong.

Yes, I was told a different scenario on what led them to Cabot plant: that was why I posted, in your defense yesterday, that things get mixed up and that I've been guilty of posting information from the "telephone" game and had it wrong.

I am glad I'm not a VI after seeing what you go through. I am not as thick skinned as you and couldn't handle being picked apart like I'm the one on trial. I see both sides.. Re-reading does have an advantage because you can put together what has been assumed with what is now known. However, it does look like you've had to answer for or defend a lot of what you said and that's not fair.

I appreciate your knowledge here. Sorry this is upsetting. I can understand.

Not trying to bite you and hope I pointed that out clearly enough when I said not being snarky to you! I only used it as an example to show that we all get things wrong based on knowledge we have at time we post. I, as you, try to clear up anything I've misstated but you are right it is getting OLD being picked apart like I'm on trial. I'm sure I'll get a lot of grief for my diarrhea of the mouth on this board this morning but was making a POINT. Thanks for your understanding SavvyRose

lol....I can't believe you haven't left already. Like Savvy said, you're more thick skinned than I am, for sure! I hope you don't leave!

What I don't get is that sometimes me and Butler post same thing. NOt trying to get anyone on you Butler so don't take this that way but I'm torn apart and yet Butler who posted exact same thing or backed me up is not even questioned once (and it's apparent she and I are not on the same side and most certainly would not back me up if it were not fact….no offense to you Butler). Again poking eyes out with pencils would be less painful.

I wouldn't presume to know as much about my own children as some seem to believe they know about the parent of one of their child's friends.

Here is the cold, hard truth:

People tell whites lies on a daily basis. People omit information constantly. People don't generally air their dirty laundry in front of people whose friendship or favor they need. (Except Arron, I guess.)
People with serious dysfunction in their families coach their children on what not to say outside the home. People who are unfaithful to their spouses lie to themselves, their families, their friends, everybody. People caught doing something terribly shameful, hurtful or criminal who don't want another to think poorly of them will lie right to their face, looking them straight in the eye while they do it.

All people, even good ones and likable ones, are capable of lying to people that care about them.

No other person on here claims to know what did or didn't happen with CL or AL or BC during those horrific four days in September. All of us have open minds but we also know how the criminal justice system works. This is a huge case that has impacted many of the people in the area, including the more influential and powerful ones. The victim was beloved by friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances. The FBI, local and state law enforcement and prosecutors would not have proceeded without sufficient evidence. They would not risk causing more pain to the victim's family, losing the confidence of their citizens, or besmirching the reputations of their offices by charging the wrong people in this case.

Oh I beg to differ. A LOT of people here claim to know what did or didn't happen with CL, AL or BC. At least I do know CL and have an idea of who she REALLY is. I fully understand that she didn't tell me everything. Again, I'm not DUMB contrary to popular belief on this board but just because I don't post everything I wonder about here doesn't make me closed minded to the truth. Just because I don't post my doubts on days I have them doesn't make me NOT have them. None of us know each other and have no right to judge. I'm not on trial. I'm free to my opinion just like everyone else. I don't get on anyone who's opinion differs but when you start reposting EVERYTHING I say and tearing it apart as if I'm a criminal yes I do take offense to that and I will defend myself.

I have always said I'm here for the truth and want to be helpful. I am not upset when my opinion differs. But posting rumors as facts, false assumptions as the gospel, and tearing apart another member on this board is CROSSING the line. Enough said. Moving on.

Has Crystal's own attorney stated that his client had no involvement in and no knowledge of the kidnapping and murder of Beverly Carter?

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette story today states that AL wrote to the paper and they quoted him. It's subscription only online and in print. Here's the first mention of it: “Facing capital murder
charges are very serious and
I cannot have a person on my
defense team that may have
their own agenda,” Lewis
wrote in a three-page letter to
the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
this week. He did not
elaborate on that remark,
but complained that Hensley
wants him to stop communicating
with the media and “be
a role model inmate.”

More: In his letter to the newspaper,
Lewis states that Lowery
didn’t have anything to do
with what happened to Carter,
and he is willing to testify on
her behalf.

court hurt me because where I

What friends did she tell she worked there until July or August? Do you have a link? I know she never told me when she quit her job. I know she was in college this summer which IF I remember started June. She was in nursing school full time since August. As far as actual date she stopped working I was never called up by her and told "hey I quit my job today". I just remember her going back to school.

I had assumed she didn't quit until she went back to school but I could be 100% wrong. I'm sure if her resume says May then she quit in May which would make sense due to summer school starting last of May first part of June.

You mentioned several times that she was gainfully employed, worked full-time, etc. until August. Here is one:

No she did not start school in Jan 2014. She went to a few summer classes this past summer and started nursing school this fall (august). She worked full time until august 2014.

It notes that he is suing the Pulaski

federal court.

Basically if he's saying that CL didn't have anything to do with it, he's admitting he was there and did have something to do with it. He think since he won that lawsuit against the AR Department of Corrections he will succeed at suing everyone else. He filed the suit against Pulaski Co. Sheriff's office Nov. 20, according to the article. Crazy like a fox.

13 yrs in prison? Lol. Is that a typo, beaglebrd? Or does he actually think he's been in prison 13 yrs?

I don't know because I just copied and pasted. He's crazy. When he says the case is very technical I think that involves DNA.

I told you guys there would be more letters. Be prepared today...Bet he sent letters to the news stations too if he sent one to the newspaper.

Maybe many years in juvenile detention?

LOL, I was just about to go back to see who called that one. You nailed it!

Omgee, is this remorse we are reading from AL? Is he speaking any truths? Hmmm...

On what grounds is he suing them? (Disregard if you've already posted while I was typing this.)

Thank you very much for sharing.
