I got sidetracked and am just now on part 4 (c) of his complaint. I had to stop. The alleged gential grabbing by the LEO. Omgee, I'm dying here!
I think it's safe to add hypochondriac to his other issues. LOL

"If" AL is bipolar and can somehow prove he was in a manic state when he kidnapped/murdered BC, this case from Arkansas indicates that bipolar disorder CAN be used in an insanity defense. This other man (different case) was ultimately convicted of second degree murder. In an earlier case that did not involve loss of life, the same man was acquitted by reason of mental defect or disease. http://archive.thv11.com/news/story.aspx?storyid=203378 http://archive.thv11.com/news/story.aspx?storyid=203378

I was a key witness in a Little Rock capital murder case in 1994 in which the defendant was diagnosed bipolar (several state hospital commitments over a period of years). He was in a highly manic state when the murder occurred, and had no previous record other than a restraining order from his ex-fiancee, whom he murdered. He copped an insanity defense and was sentenced to Life w/o Parole.

Did anyone else notice how he claims to have no checking or savings account on those forms.... But in his response to the divorce papers he and crystal have a joint banking account that needs to be addressed. After reading all that I am convinced that he's a sociopath... Absolutely no ability to feel empathy or remorse and clearly a narcissistic personality.... Grandiose delusions that he is somehow superior to others and above the law.

I don't know about all of those diagnoses but he does seem to have screwed up there, making completely conflicting claims in court filings. Def no criminal genius, IMO.

Is it just me or does anyone else get creeped out just reading the hand writing of the man that is charged with killing Beverly? Just gives me the heebie jeebies looking at his hand writing and reading his play by play tales of alleged police brutality and lack of medical care for mostly self inflicted wounds!
I mean, gah...he's in jail! Did he expect a welcome back party or what? SMH
Too bad poor Beverly doesn't get the opportunity to state how she was mistreated and killed. [emoji26]

I downloaded AL's documents suing the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office from PACER, including his claim for indigence (redacted his son's name), the initial complaint, and the amended complaint. Have fun reading! Also, his handwriting still freaks me out.

So far, it clears up 2 things for me... he was only employed in July, not after AND he wasn't gaining weight from tons of money at the snack bar! He only has had one $50 deposit (from Crystal, the one who reportedly wants to be far away from him, nonetheless), since he was incarcerated. No one can get fat off $50. Especially, when he clearly needs paper and stamps for all the writing he is doing! He is such a nightmare! I can only imagine what son's mother thinks!!

Also, nojustice, I sincerely have never seen anyone insinuate you are dumb. Not at all. You seem very intelligent. I know this is hard. I think the difference between people's response to you and Butler (only because you mentioned it) is that you strongly push that something is a fact or verified. When discrepancies arise, obviously those "facts" or "verified" statements will be scrutinized to see what fits together. I don't think it is personal, as much as that people are actually trying to determine what is fact versus what is a "feeling" or an opinion. Hang tight, girly. You are (luckily) not arrested for anything. Unfortunately, the messenger sometimes feels the inquisition, as well. I appreciate your input, as well as Butler's.

Why was CL putting money in his account after his arrest? I thought she was divorcing him.Where does she get this kind of money?

To me the handwriting appears very feminine. I've never seen a man write in that style. I know - arbitrary personal opinion and not a useful contribution to the discussion. :P

It is very feminine. Or artistic. It actually looks like he could patent his own font!

I keep telling you guys he's far more intelligent than any of us are giving him credit. I would never have expected such penmanship, grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. from him. He may be crazy intelligent, but I say he's VERY far from illerate or plain stupid.

I was just coming to post the same thing. He is not dumb. I'm a proofreader for a living, and I was shocked that he barely has any grammar mistakes. He even uses quotations and commas correctly when quoting what somebody else said (ALLEGEDLY!). Certainly did not expect that from him.

NJ, if you're still here.....did you know CL gave AL money in jail in October before her arrest?

Im sure he's working on that!!

Couple more things I have discovered from that little treasure---
He jumped from a third floor window?? I wonder how he got inside of a third floor something to jump out of. I thought he was in an office, but I have never seen an apartment complex office above a first floor. Just for ADA purposes, if nothing else!

Also, I wonder why he wouldn't speak "in that room". He didnt want to be videoed? They took him to an office, he claims. Booooy, I hope that was also videoed. They should do absolutely NOTHING without videoing this guy. At a bar here in New Orleans (Cats Meow), they video tape EVERY time they throw someone out. I guess for this reason. Someone's job was to hold a camcorder on the person and the removal. When you deal with a sue happy world, you have to.

He sure thinks he should have been welcomed like he was paying for an all inclusive resort!! He sure must be pampered in life, to expect so much. Gaw, this guy! Can you imagine his constant demands and complaints????? I do NOT envy this police department. Not one person did anything right. Every single person is horrible and to blame for every problem he has. They all need to be sued. Every one of them! This poor guy! He's got it soooo hard! Of course, all those people who he stole their money, items and LIFE, they don't matter. Only him. And his poor ankle booboo.

YES! It's probably very safe to say he received A's in descriptive writing classes! Haha

First I've heard of the jump from the 3rd floor, too. Wonder what that's all about? (Not that I believe it).

About the videotaping at the Cat's Meow....too bad Kildare's in Philly doesn't have that....maybe we'd know what state Shane Montgomery was actually in.

And a question...is the Sheriff's name really Doc Holladay??? Is he being smart by calling him that??

TTF14, I'm also a proofreader/editor and noticed the same. He's definitely an enigma, that's for sure.

That is the correct name of the Pulaski County Sheriff.

Wow....interesting! Thanks for clarifying. I thought he was making a joke.

His jump at the apartment complex was in the police report. It's somewhere here on the thread. IIRC it was a second or third floor window and he refused to get down when police instructed him to do so, then later jumped.
