Found Safe AR - Bill Parker, adult, house burned down, Fort Smith, 18 Feb 2020

I believe 1006 N 37th Street is now and has been a vacant lot.
News reports put the fire in the 1100 block of N 37th. I think it's more likely to be 1123, especially compared to the picture above of the house fire.
If this is the correct property, it would appear Mr. Parker was a renter and not the home owner.

Hmmm. 1123 N 37th is quite firmly on J St. - but the news article says the second fire was near Grand Ave. could be a factual error in the article.

That image in the article, if correct, must be of Bill's property. The other address of 1211 N 6th isn't on a corner.

Yes, this house is at J and N 37th. But I think the news mentioned "near Grand Ave" just because Grand is a major road so people had a landmark to go by.
