I can only guess she's reading here or someone told her that it had been mentioned that Judy & Cassie weren't friends on FB. I mentioned it in the last thread, that's why that comes to mind. I actually need to go find that post b/c I'm certain at one point Judy had tagged Cassie but I couldn't find it today.

ETA: found the discussion from the last thread. On 11/3 I posted that Judy had tagged Cassie in her first post on 11/9 but no subsequent posts. As of today Cassie is not tagged in any of Judy's posts.

BBM. I do believe the first call to TS was at 9:14 and then there were two more calls after that. So, BR going to PD would be a while after that.

This is even more confusing now. So twinmom said there was proof that BR reported her missing that night and they said there was a 72 hour wait. JC and others have said that LE was at her house the next morning. (Apparently, there is not a 72 hour wait.) Yet, TS says here that she was told the next morning that no report was filed and that's when LE went to JC's house. Which is it? If there is proof that BR went to PD then I'd like to see it. Did they just not think it was important enough until someone else called the next morning too?

I think I'll leave BR going to the PD for now, unless we get definitive proof that it didn't actually happen. I'll italicize and put a question mark so we know that it's up in the air a bit.

October 3rd JC and BR's phones were seized to be analyzed by LE
10/13 case was on JVM.

We need to go back and look at when JC posted that it was safe to come home that "buttehead" was gone. And also the date that Brandon was picked up and put in jail on charges not related to Cassie's going missing.

What date did JC post that she had a new phone number?

Too many times I've heard of LE saying this. Usually I hear 48 hrs. I had a mom call me a few mths ago asking be to go with her because LE refused to file the report. Drives me bonkers. Once his body was recovered I asked the County Sheriff to call that local LE office. When I told him why he assuredme that would not be an issue with that office in the future. He wasn't impressed either, unfortunately though it happens. A lot of times it comes from inexperience & sometimes history with the victim. ie multiple run ins w the law, repeat run away, ex con, addict, etc It's not right but it happens.

If that is her then Holy Sheist! So the uber religious , baptizing, church piano playing lady with the odd prayer box was not only a sex offender but she got a DUI too.

Do we know she wasn't still on OK then? When did she move to AR?

I'm not sure the DUI is super relevant, it was in 2001. Perhaps it shows a history of poor judgement, but I think that has been established and probably won't find Cassie. JMO

that arrest is not her, her middle name starts with K, maiden M, married initials have been C & C, that I am aware of
I believe they have only been in Arkansas 2/3 yrs
I believe JC has stated on FB she has 4 children ( 2 older than Cassie,one younger)
I believe Cassie may have at least one older half sib by bio father, with same initials

BR posts about two years ago that he is engaged to JC, but I do not think we have found out anything prior to that. But also, she would not have to live in Arkansas to get a DUI in Arkansas either. If she were living in Oklahoma and visiting Arkansas she could have gotten that. That is 2001 so were looking at a little over 13 years ago and Cassie would have been a baby.

Has someone requested the police reports yet? I know upthread it was mentioned that it was on the list of things to be done, just wondering if we have them yet. Might be able to nail down the timeline better and get more accurate info. TIA
