I would like to extend my thanks and welcome to Sammy 32. Great posts and hit the nail on head imo about the circumstances.
This group has been brought up a couple times in both Cassie and Mr. Gibbs pages.

but no one has talked about it. I would think these missing ppl in this town would be something that this group would jump all over and get the community involved with but yet I have seen nothing on their page even mentioning Cassie.
Do any of our locals have any contacts within this group? Know anything about them? Possibly be able to get them involved with Cassie and Mr. Gibbs?
What do y'all think?

I do think a FB page eould be easiest as far as managing, keeping updated, and promoting discussion. I would like for it to be about both Cassie and Mr. Gibbs though. That way lack of LE involvement and leadership can be addressed with more impact. How about 'Missing in Stuttgart'? Would a name like that be too broad? Would anyone be opposed to including both? And your thoughts on handling it in that manner.

While I think a website is a good idea, I don't necessarily think it should be "tied" in with the FB page. Not sure who is running the Twitter, but if people believe that the 2 are one entity & run by the same group it may cause some drama. If Stuttgart is as divided as it sounds, anything posted on that page could be taken as the word of those admins and cause them issues with the information that is posted. Not to mention anything posted on the FB page reflects back on the website.

I am not sure what the answer is tbh, I do think that Cassie needs facts posted and now-she's been missing almost 3 months now without real info in the public. I think that FB is more convenient for the masses as it shows them info real time, they don't have to seek it out. BUT I do think that there are too many FBs for Cassie as it is and they need to be consolidated- especially because a few others have over 2k people! However- where are people going to get these facts?

What is the answer? I don't know....

It needs to be professional and impartial and with one focus, cassie. I don't know what we can do really :/

I have also sent a friend request to JC thru fb and she has accepted. What to do next I have no clue.

I get the general idea but I think that it would too easily make for people confusing case facts, IMO. I am not sure there is a way to keep both cases separate and work effectively. I can see a reason for both people to have facts posted on their cases. I think the issues of LE & Leadership needs to be addressed carefully, while we see it and I'm sure most locals do, if we gear a site that out right screams this stuff, you risk people not wanting to help out of fear. Very thin line to tread there.

I think since other pages have shut down already that for Cassie sake the current pages that has stayed open and positive and working with her friends now is the least confusing. Help build it up. Be kind they have been there for Cassie. They are doing good things.

They are there for her.

If teens are helping design t shirts they will not be professional but they will represent Cassie so it's give and take. Again jmo

I think there was only one that was closed down, I could be wrong. But there are multiple still open and not being used.

I don't think anyone said they wouldn't work with them, what I have read is that the current page would consider certain things and they don't want to post things that don't come across as polite, so as not to ruffle feathers. I can understand that, especially being that the admins are local and I believe they have children as well. But with that said, Cassies case needs the information to be released. I agree everyone should be working together for Cassie, but I can also understand that not all involved will want to put out the info that should be considering the audience at hand.

Again I don't know what the answer is but imo were are spending far too much time here on WS talking about this instead of the facts of Cassie's case.

I have no ill will for anyone. For quite a while, we have had people here who have indicated that they are in close contact with the admins over at the Find Cassie FB page. That they are looking for guidance but they have their own stated purpose. That is fantastic and whatever gets Cassie's name out there is an asset.

That being said, we need a SM campaign with a different purpose and I am puzzled as to why this is a problem? After 3 months, they have crafted a page that is accomplishing what they want to accomplish. If all roads lead to bringing Cassie home, I am not sure what the down side is to creating a campaign that is tighter and more focused on the case. It is a benefit not a detriment.

Yup. We have lost several pages and posts that speak to some influences that we are uncovering which might be impacting her recovery because we are debating.

Respectfully, both missing people deserve their own focus unless their cases are linked some how. It just muddies the waters in my experience to combine cases. That is why we separate threads here on WS.

FEEL FREE TO ADD ANSWERS- I added a few in ITALICS below. Lets try to eliminate these as much as possible, please?:thinking:

1) Clothing size, boot size & description including brand
2) Phone description including model number
3) Who was really outside when Cassie came home- JC, BR, friends?
4) Which of JC’s recollections of that night are correct- Did she see Cassie, did she talk to Cassie, was she sleeping? Was it 8pm or 8am that she started texting Cassie?
5) It has been stated that Cassie was quiet on the ride back from the derby and possibly prior. Can we get more detail on this? Was it not like Cassie to be quiet?
6) What was the order of events for BR in regards to calls to TS & LE along with visits to LE the night Cassie went missing
7) What time was the Missing persons report made & by whom? Now that we have seen the MPR- do we think there is another one? The one we have is AM 9/15 by JC.
8) Why did BR ride his bike to the station rather than call for an officer?
9) How much money did Cassie have with her? Since she left her purse behind, was there still money left in her purse?
10) Did Cassie’s phone run out of minutes and when? It was said her phone was hitting VM was that her phone dead or no minutes?
11) What was Cassie’s usual “cigarette run” like? Ie- store, older friend got them for her at the store, she went to a friend’s house, met a friend’s somewhere, etc
12) The 2 times that Cassie ran away for 3-4 days when was she reported & how long after she left was she reported? Where did she go?
13) How was the runaway status introduced & when was Cassies status changed to Missing?
14) Status of the FOIA requests? Has one been submitted since TwinMama hasn’t returned? (including logs, FD info etc)
15) Was there a FOIA request submitted on the found items incident?
16) We need an idea of Cassie’s personality- was she naïve, outgoing, etc--SEE POST ON FB page "Who is Cassie to you?"
17) Who are Cassie’s friends other than HS?
18) Did anyone else at the Youth Group (?First Baptist) ever really talk to Cassie? Maybe they know some info through small talk.
19) What other activities was Cassie into other than Youth Group?
20) Where did Cassie get her scars- I have seen car accident & from a dog attack.
21) Was the pink apple device an iPod Cassie had or a friends iPhone/iPod?
22) How did JC & BR meet?
23) What is BR & Cassie’s relationship like? OK, controlling, etc?
24) Do Cassie & BR have mutual friends?
25) Cassie is still not in NAMUS-is there a reason that LE, ASP & FBI feel that shouldn’t be done?
26) Are there any future search plans?
27) Were all of BRs things removed from the home? Specifically electronics, journals, etc
28) Does the family have a PC? Was that taken by LE?
29) Are there any firearms in the home of JC & if so are they registered? How about in the home of TS? If so, are any of them missing?

I think the FB page is going to make me a mediator. We agree on things needed to be added and additional information needing to be posted. The admin of the FB page sent the link for the PI to JC... JC has not responded and probably won't.

I wasn't going to tell you, but I think it's best I just come out with it. I created the twitter account. I got sick of waiting for someone else. I am happy to hand it over. I have an email address, and I actually made a FB page but deleted it because I agree we should only have one.

Now, I can help you with all of this, and I am happy to dedicate the time because this case has become very important to me. I can create a web blog for free, and every time something is posted on that page, it will automatically also post to the linked FB and twitter.

You tell me what you want, I will do it. In the meantime, I am hitting random media twitter accounts with pleads for help. Sooner or later some reporter is going to see this as a gold nugget, and I don't care who it is as long as someone does ANYTHING to find out what happened to Cassie. I did not mention anything about the fire yet, because I am still unclear if the posted pics on the FD facebook page are of Cassie's house. If news that a stench and fire to cover it up were not reported as part of Cassie's case, that alone will force media to take notice.

I wouldn't go that far, believe. haha I am just MAD that LE doesn't seem to be doing anything, and now I am going over their heads. If I didn't have to work, I'd frikkin move out there and do this myself. Someone did something, and by golly I won't rest until we find out what, who, when, how, and WHY!
