The million dollar question...
Let's pretend... let's pretend BR wasn't even home from 6:20-7:00, but came home later. Perhaps he was doing something quite illegal, and figured this was a better way to go. He might never have dreamed she'd stay missing. And what if he DID go to the APD and they knew him, thought he was a nut job, and just tried to get rid of him?
BUT, even if that were the case... I still say two years in the pokey for burglary is better than 30-life. knim?
