I know we have seen media where JC said she was unwell, but I havent seen anything where she self disclosed she was in a medicated haze, or stoned, drunk or incapacitated. Are you theorizing?

BR has been around the block a little when it comes to police and the criminal justice system-I suppose it could have been bravado that brought him to SPD on 9/14 if he actually went, and our VI's seem to indicate that he was known for being a braggart.

If we accept that he went and we accept that he made the frantic phone calls to HS, it seems more like urgently reaching out because he thought Cassie was maybe in trouble. Rather than putting some master plan in place that he conceived in the hour between when she allegedly disappeared and the time JC claims they started trying to find her via phone.

We speculated how well SPD might have known BR-I wonder how well they knew the other players who have been brought up here?

BBM;
Yes, this. He had no master plan. I truly think he is at least smart enough to know that if he had done something to her the best plan would be to play Mickey the Dunce and just ignore the fact. "I dunno, I never saw her. "Nope never saw HS either". I speculate that he was not present - was not seen by HS. I have read about his reputation for talk. But unless someone can corroborate the stories about Cassie's last hours, since she was not at home and reportedly with the S family, then JC and BR's statements seem to be more true. "I heard her come in and called out to her" and " she was gone like a whisper". And then sent a mystifying text message?

I wanted to re-think my earlier suspicion, that something happened before that night because she texted JC, oh wait. That one sided text is a story too.

So what is our actual timeline then?

If we find ourselves more accepting of JC and BR, they both said they saw/heard her 9/14.

  • #643
Neither of them ever said they saw her. JC said she called out to Cassie through the door, I assume because she heard someone come in. But Cassie did not respond. Is that normal Cassie behavior? JCs door was obviously closed. But we don't know if JC heard the front/side door open and close, or Cassie's bag get dropped off, etc. Then JC is mixed up about hearing her leave, but not hearing the door. Not sure what she heard.

BR said she was 'gone like a whisper in the wind'. That doesn't mean he was even at the house at the time. He was just corroborating JCs story. He and JC both were specifically said to be "not in the room" when Cassie left.

Where was BR?

Where is Cassie?

I really wish we could find Cassie. I am pretty crushed after so many MP that I'm following being found, in really tragic endings. But at least they are found. Closure.

I feel like I need to stop coming to WS because it's going to break me. But I just can't bear to leave Cassie behind.

(modsnip). Cassie deserves people to care enough to keep trying. I also realize there is only so much we can do when we don't live in the area. The most recent missing persons turning out so sadly is what prompted me to even try to contact these people. I feel like time is of the essence. I'm praying Cassie is alive and well and in hiding somewhere. But I smell foul play and pray that I am wrong!

I thought someone had already done one of those. Also, I don't think we can bring that kind of thing here.

O/T but this is, imvho, an excellent representation regarding the use of psychics in MP cases. I also want to be firm in saying that there is not a single case of someone "solving" a MP case or a homicide using someone like this. There are a lot of claims, but there is not a single recorded case. WS has a firm stance for this reason-too many cases where false hope and further victimization of the families occurs with this kind of stuff.

Call Kurtis Investigates

There was a forensic astrology reading done on Cassie's case-I think that is where some of the confusion is. :grouphug:

Breaks are good, GigTu. Please take care of yourself.

Sorry, didn't realise that wasn't allowed here. I was just hoping for some kind of additional help finding Cassie. I would never want to give false hope or cause anyone more pain than they are already going through.

I didnt mean to sound bristly-it was not directed at you. I believe that people have all kinds of intuition, but have never seen it go well in a MP case.

I understand and appreciate your honesty. No offense taken. I have never dealt with anything like that before and am new to this whole sleuthing thing. I will hopefully learn from all of you. :)
Oh and thank you, believe, for the link. I found it very enlightening as well as disheartening.

Can someone catch me up with the young boy that had prank called 911 back in Nov I believe it was. The verizon deactivated phone, did they find the owner of the phone?

http://m.stuttgartdailyleader.com/article/20141110/NEWS/141119968/13406/NEWS
I'm still catching up, but I haven't seen much mentioned on this incident. Unless it's further in the threads. There is a commenter in this news article. The person gives a name of the minor(s). I won't say their names. But after researching, I hope others have noticed, who the minor(s) is related to and how their all friends with TS.

I find it odd that a deactivated verizon phone is found in that home being used by someone acquainted with TS. I hope that LE confiscated it.

I'm on straight talk as well. I do know that when your service runs out you receive a text approx a week before to let you know. That plan only offers two plans, both unlimited everything. So, cassie wouldn't have been preserving her mins/texts.
If her phone died or was turned off, it would go to voicemail. If it was deactivated it would say no longer in service, the same if the sim was removed. Even if you keep hitting redial its going to go straight to voice mail. We have TS saying it was dead at 10:30. Then after talking briefly to JC she says it was dead a little after 8 that sunday night. Someone is not being truthful.

Imo, who can recall, days/weeks later, an exact time their kid leaves and arrives back home? Unless there needs to be time accounted for? And a random text to HS, why? Unless you are checking in with someone. Since CC was checking in with mom before heading home, why wouldn't she check in with mom before heading out the door again.

And since I'm neutral, and don't live there, is it possible that riding /driving to the LE is faster than calling 911 and waiting for an officer to arrive at your home? I couldn't find my daughter once before, it took 4 hrs for an officer to arrive. And they didn't file a report, they told me to give it a certain amount of time. Luckily she came home that evening.
I would like to know what took place in both households that night when no one could get ahold of cassie.

Idk if any of these questions have been touched on, if not, I hope someone can elaborate on my concerns.

Skeeter.... <3

I think JC started calling Cassie's phone Monday morning. Everything else is spot on.

  • #660
I am with you Skeeter, I would like to know what went on when each household realized Cassie couldnt be reached by phone.

The natural thing to do is to go out and look. To call around to other friends. IF BR called HS over and over, he clearly believed Cassie was with him in spite of having been told no more than once.

So what gives?

Skeeter, your PM's are full. (I am sorry to be so rude, sleuthers-I will edit this when Skeeter has a chance to read it.)
