Angels, I have a devious mind when it comes to this case. Since I got sucked into it, I pay a lot of attention as to when inflammatory information appears. I like to try and figure out if there is a pattern, lol.

I completely understand, Believe. And I have noticed things seem to get thrown out there at points when certain people are being discussed with questions as to what they know and why they haven't been more open and cooperative if they have nothing to hide and are concerned for this poor girl they were supposed to have cared about.

And I am still trying to figure out why NOBODY has come forward saying they saw her at the Derby! I find it impossible to believe that she was there and talked to no one and no one saw her! JMO

I am not sure any more. Skeeter is doing a great job of helping us attribute the newest photo posted with the comparison picture of Cassie. We know that it was a photo sent to Skeeter by a VI, but we dont know what it is or where it was found iirc. Or if it is evidence, potential evidence or something someone just found in a field somewhere. Or on trash day.

We also dont know why it was sent to Skeeter to post and not posted by the VI. I find this part the most puzzling.

It certainly has pulled us from the conversation we were in regarding the numerous discrepancies we were uncovering regarding when and if Cassie was actually returned home to her house on Sunday 9/14.
That is what I don't understand. I was approached by this VI I'm assuming because I was asking questions on fcc. And I received that photo with conversation. But I assumed everyone had it. I don't understand why it was never shared. I've been trying to find something to compare it to. And I wish I had a way to get better detail of the background in Cassies photo. Could it possibly be the same thing hanging in what I believe is a doorway?

The VI presented it to me as possible evidence but LE did not take it for evidence after looking at it. According to the VI it was still in the same location last month where it was found in Oct.

:blowkiss:

OK, well then hmm. I appreciate the candor Skeeter.

There are a lot of jurisdictions involved in this case. It is a little bit hard for me to believe that evidence would be lying around uncollected if it were possibly relevant. The story seems familiar, however. So one of our VI's stumbled upon possible evidence more than once which was then uncollected by LE?

I hope I have the story straight.

I think we are going to have to let admin decide if the photo can come back and be discussed.

I KNOW!! Sorry for the shout. For me, Cassie's disappearance begins on the Friday before she was reported.

That would be correct also.

Thank you! That's exactly what was going through my mind!

Re: Facebook logins, when I am logged in on my phone via cellular service rather than via Wi-Fi, it shows me as logged in from Chicago, but I'm in Kansas. I have a contract phone with AT&T. So possibly the CA login on Cassie's account was from a phone login using whatever default the cell provider uses?

And we are stuck in the black hole of the Derby. :banghead:

That is an excellent point.

I found a contact number for the Searcy, Arkansas Derby. I know this is a long long shot, but I wonder if they have any video and or pictures from the 13th. It would be like finding a needle in a haystack probably but worth a shot. If we could find just a glimpse of her there that night that would answer a few questions. Or a glimpse of the who she went to the derby with as well. I'm going to try and find out tomorrow being as it is already so late tonight. Time to get to bed if I can get my mind to stop racing!

Cassie, we're still trying so don't give up on us yet. Another day... another prayer...

I didn't even know it was gone:(
I thought it could have been important. What if LE never looked in the background of photos looking for a comforter? What if it is what's in the background, is it going to be brought to the attention of the appropriate le agency?
I don't know how this works on here, so I'll go back and read the rules.

Skeeter, if I had to guess, I'd say the reason why it's gone is because there is no verifiable association of the image connected to the case. No MSM link, no LE link, nothing. It's not the same as noticing something in the background of a photo pertaining to a case (such as a photo of the missing person) and trying to identify via generic sources what it might be.
There was a direct implication that the photo you posted could actually be a photo of REAL evidence related to the case. Without any MSM or LE id of items found or in evidence...that's extremely misleading. I don't blame you at all- I think you may have been misled. Think about it this way....whoever took that photo and thought it relevent to the case- why not send it to LE? And if it had been viewed by LE and deemed unrelated...why not say so, and post it yourself?

Why have someone else do it for you? Perhaps because you know LE has already deemed it of no relevence to the case? Or perhaps has asked you not to share, but you want to for your own purposes, so you have someone else do it for you?

Dangerous territory, kwim? Please don't feel bad Skeeter. I personally don't think you did anything intentionally wrong. I think perhaps you were done wrong.
Mvhoo.

I thought I remember seeing those pics on here on a previous thread (4 maybe).

Skeeter, dont feel bad please-you started a really important discussion. Part of the discussion is how to handle information that is shared and part of the discussion is how to handle the reasons why information is shared in a certain way.

If you feel strongly about the picture and it's possibility as evidence, you can send it with the context (email, PM, chat whatever) to the FBI in Little Rock. :)

The only weirdness about that line of thinking is that TS placed herself and her son HS squarely in the middle of a MP situation. What would be her motive? Coverup of why Cassie's DNA was found in her home? Perhaps. Has her home ever been searched? Have cadaver dogs sniffed their home and all the autos?

Is there any news on this case? There dose to seem to be much to go on. Is there someone she could have ran away with ? Did police check her computer or trace her phone?
She had a throwaway phone, which to my knowledge has not been traced nor found.

Was that after JC kicked out BR? I was thinking some stuff was found by a bridge after he was out of the home.
JC announced the break up on 10/11/14.
