Did they ever find that old man who went missing around the same time as Cassie or the black woman (from this year I think)?


Edit : I just googled and remembered they found the body of the old man missing but there was a 2nd body which to my knowledge had never been identified at least publicly!

Locals have been told that bodies were discovered in the previously mentioned search and one was a teenage female. Will keep you all updated on what I hear. Sorry if I broke any rules as I have no solid source yet.

There has been nothing on msm. Even FB posts are being deleted, very hush hush. Rumor is buzzing but nothing verified yet. Supposed to be another search tomorrow... we will see I guess.

Guys -- I can't provide a link because the SDL did not put the brief on their website. But yesterday's paper at the top left corner had a statement from the Arkansas State Police department spokesman, Bill Sadler, said AT THIS TIME the ASP is not confirming the information about the possibility of bodies being found. Lead started RUMORS SWIRLED . . . I am short of trying to take a picture with my phone of the article and trying to post it. Thread and comments on that "tropical island" with an X have been removed. Personally, on Sunday evening I did not see out-of-town LE vehicles at the police station nor were there any extra vehicles at JC's (other than her car and the new friend's red truck). If search were happening, I would expect to see a few supportive friends waiting with her at her house.

There are no other missing persons from the area on the ACIC roster. Next closest cities with MPs were the toddler from Searcy and a female teen from Bryant. No nearby males other than the Monticello hunter.

But I am bothered at the phrase, AT THIS TIME, which appears twice.

I know we are both on the same side of wanting Cassie or Michelle found, and I hope there is public validation about a search occurring even if based on false report of body(ies). This is just totally bizarre that we now have another jurisdiction (Prairie County sheriff) added to the four previous (SPD, ArCo sheriff, ASP and FBI) and no body has been reported recovered since "the find" was spoken of on Thursday night. The weather has been dry and clear.

It is odd if this happened and they aren't reporting it. The only reason I can think of is where or how they found them, or evidence found is pointing them in the direction of a suspect. But if basically the whole town supposedly knows it happened, it doesn't really add up.

While googling, the only things I found that had many counties and FBI involved was about the 4 police vehicles stolen some days ago and the arrest they made regarding that and the fugitive from another state they arrested some days ago! Like allmybecsloveme said... it would be very strange that no news about it or that the local police force doesnt mention a thing so the rumors about bodies found could be just that a wild rumors!

The only reason I can think of is where or how they found them, or evidence found is pointing them in the direction of a suspect.

I dont think it would really matter though because the old man that went missing around the same time as Cassie was found in a ditch while they were draining it and they still mention it and even if they had a suspect in mind already or someone already jailed who confessed to such thing... they would tell the media anyway imo! If you look at that top_ _ place someone mentioned they were looking for the Levon toddler who was abducted in their words 'last friday', but the problem is if you look on the MSM the toddler had been missing for months (and found I believe) so to me it seems like this is a made up by some ppl who had nothing better to do! I believe it has more to do with the 4 police vehicles stolen and the suspect apprehended (from the articles I read they were using copters for the searches for the cars)!

I sincerely hope Cassie is found soon, but haven't ever considered Michelle & Cassie's disappearances to be connected. Nor do I think Bill was connected to either of them.

Bill was found by chance, IMO the LE in that area do not know how to grid search. He was found very near to where he went missing. He was found on the road his truck was found, the road was only 3 miles along as far as I can tell.

It is my opinion Cassie & Michelle will be found the same way, by chance. I have no opinion on what I think happened to Michelle, but honestly wonder if Cassie will ever be found. If she was buried or burned or somehow disposed of in a manner that left very little remains, we may never know what happened. If BR is responsible for Cassie's death, then I think there is a better chance of her body being found. JMO

I live western Arkansas (north part of the state) and they found a body here a month ago. They found it in a field off a dirt road. There was one article released about it, saying they didnt suspect foul play, which seemed really odd to me...but they haven't uttered a word since or even identified the body. So who knows. LE is sometimes weird about things and we don't know why...

Update: There was a tip about a body in the pond. No bodies have been found. It is being drained and searched

I have been away from WS for a bit. I am disheartened at this new information that seems to be hush-hush, but I want to know everything there is to know, even if it is a false lead. I beg of anyone who has screenshots of articles to please send them to me. I will never give up on Cassie, and we all know that the wheels turning in many minds over one item can result in a tip or new direction. I am collecting, comparing, piecing together. Please send me what you know.
