Doctor’s license suspended, accused of performing sexual acts while staff watched

The Arkansas State Medical Board has suspended a Northeast Arkansas doctor’s license following allegations he engaged in sexual contact and relations with a patient.

On Wednesday, Oct. 16, the board issued an emergency order of suspension charging David Diffine, M.D., of Jonesboro with violations of the Medical Practices Act and Board Regulations.

“Specifically, the video shows, among other things, Dr. Diffine performing a sexual act with a staff member while other staff members were present and watching,” the order stated. “The video also shows Dr. Diffine walking throughout the clinic naked.”

On July 17, the board received a complaint that “Diffine engaged in sexual contact with his staff, who are also his patients, and sexually harassed these same individuals.”

Unbelievable lack of ethics.
