I really did not realize that David had found this sight . He loves Jeremy, he lost his sister 3 yrs ago in a car accident. He is 12 and is doing well. We can not thank you enough for all your heart felt comments. Today is Jeremys Birthday the first day that I myself has been to his graveside. We probably do something different to visiting the ones we have lost, and that is because we planted his flowers directly into the soft ground there is left. We did this for his sister. It was very hard for us. We will not ever be able to do that agai n. There are rules at the cemetary. But his plants as well as his sisters are thriving in the house planter we are blessed with in our front foyer in our home. Continuing to pray for justice for my son. Jeremy's Mama

Does anyone know what extent DW,WM and DH had to do with Jeremys murder and beating? Were they participants or spectators? It sounds like such a brutal act.

i dont know what part those three played in what happened, but one witness on channel 5 said early on that he saw two men attacking jeremy that night. i know that dustin wallen is angry and violent and has been for years. i know nothing at all about the two girls, but it would surprise me if walter and dusty were together and dusty did not participate.

Today standing in a patients room I heard on the news a knife was found in a Muldrow creek that was used in the muder of my son with finger prints on it I will be calling the prosecuting attornies office tomorrow. Justice for Jeremy!

i am glad they found it. one more piece of evidence to keep walter walton behind bars for the rest of his life.

I was wrong of coarse about fingerprints on the knife. Can't believe everything people tell you or what you hear on the news I've learned. But they are checking for DNA. It's hard to be patient.

i cant imagine how hard it is for you, jeremysmom! im praying for you and thinking of you. we all are. and as far as believing what you hear on the news, i have learned right here at websleuths that you cant always believe even the news.

according to this, the location of the knife was discovered after extensive interviews. it doesnt say who the "extensive interviews" were with, but somebody knew where the knife was thrown, so hopefully they can tie it together that way. i want them to find every piece of evidence, big or small that proves that walter walton did this. i just hope and pray that he doesnt plead guilty for a lighter sentence. he has already proved time and again that he does not deserve to live in the free world with the rest of us. he is dangerous, if they let him out for any reason he will kill again. there is no doubt in my mind about that.

Don't worry Jeremysmom. I suspect they have plenty of evidence and these guys are going down hard. Just keep the faith and let the system work. I truly believe they will pay in spades.

Thanks to everyone for remembering Jeremy on his birthday. I was in Alaska that day and saw a rainbow from the edge of the ship up to the sky. I choose to believe it was Jeremy on his journey to heaven. I came back to reality Sunday and read the further news about finding the murder weapon and seeing my sister's and nephew's posts. We are a strong family and Jo is especially strong. But, I do not know how much more or longer she can endure. How do you even bury one child much less the two she has buried??
My overwhelming urge is to find those 4 people and to cause them irreversible harm. I am even angry at reading Walter and Dustin's mom and 'Wendy's' postings on My Space about how worried they were about Dustin. I am mad because one of them made bail. I do not know where to put this anger but know violence and hatred will only let them win. I truly hope Walter will go to trial and not repeat his cowardly ways as he did when he pleaded to a lesser charge the day before his last murder trial. Yes, he has been CONVICTED of one murder already and god knows if he has killed anyonelse besides Jeremy and his other murder victim.

Walter Lee Walton is a serial killer and his victims are men who are vulnerable. His weapon of choice is a knife.

I have been reading these posts with tears pouring down my face. My heart goes out to Jeremy's Mother and all his loved ones.I am so sick and tired of good people losing their lives because the justice system gives a second chance to someone who killed before.Jeremy is a hero for saving that girl by helping her get away.I do hope Jeremy's loved ones can take some comfort knowing that.

thank you for posting, doriss' kid, i knew about walters past record and i heard a rumor about him stabbing a guard while he was in prison. that is still a rumor to me since i have only heard it second hand, but it certainly lines up with what i know as fact about him. he is obviously too dangerous to be loose in society.

yes we do! i heard there is a hearing on the 22nd in which the prosecutor is going to petition to revoke walters parole on the previous murder. im sure it will be granted and i will rest a little easier knowing there is no chance that he could bond out on this. i heard a rumor that some of his friends were trying to raise the money for his bail and it scared me. those same friends of his are mad and blaming my daughter that walter is in jail right now. are they even human? do they understand that a life was taken? if they think he was justified in any way then they are as dangerous as he is. imo, moo, mho and all that jazz.

my heart breaks for your family, mareca0301. i am so angry at the unfairness of it all. jeremy was not in a bad place in his life. as i have said before i didnt know him personally, only talked to him on the phone, but i do know several of his friends and they all say he was a good person who liked to help others. i havent talked to anybody who had anything bad to say about him. of course, walters friends think he betrayed walter by helping my daughter get away. i cannot imagine what kind of twisted logic justifies that. if jeremy hadnt talked her into coming up here with me, she probably would have been a victim of walter too. maybe his friends would be happy then? i hate being this angry and i cannot even begin to imagine how ya'll feel.
