GUILTY AR - Jersey Bridgeman, 6, raped & murdered, Bentonville, 20 Nov 2012 #1

  • #581
Given the convo she had with the reporter I am certain she knew. When I first saw that video, I was shocked at her "I not saying anything" and "Get off my property".

I hope they tear down that empty house...in Megan Kanka's neighborhood, they tore down the house and put Megan's park. There should be a Jersey's Park...There should still be a living, breathing Jersey.

I'm certain she knew he was a suspect. Because she probably got questioned something fierce, and I am sure they had tough questions about her husband.

The question is, did she believe in his innocence until she heard evidence and that's why she was all "get off my property" or did she suspect LE was right, and was just scared she'd compromise the case if she said anything. Who knows right now. I guess we'll know a little more tomorrow when the probable cause paperwork becomes available.

Yes tomorrow we'll have the answers--and probably more questions. Surely she was questioned about her whereabouts, the whereabouts of her husband, etc. Has it been confirmed she was the babysitter? Just the proximity to the house and the vacant house where Jersey was found would make her a material witness as to if she heard or saw anything that night.

The BVPD has kept this underwraps AFAIK it hasn't been mentioned in the media if anyone was brought in for questioning that day.

One thing I missed--where did ZH work, anyone know? Still having a hard time wrapping my mind over how someone could do this to a child.

Dont know if its accurate or not, but I saw a post on facebook by someone who said "I cant believe I worked with that Psycho" or something to that effect, and that girls profile said she worked at "Fresh market" and "Flying Burrito". Which is scary, because I take my kids to both those places.

He did not release details of how Jersey died or what led police to Holly. Simpson said work by the State Crime Lab helped speed the arrest.

I so hope this indicates fingerprints, DNA, hard physical evidence.

The Jersey Bridgeman suspect, who stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eye color, was booked into the jail at 8:53 p.m. on Monday evening.

Family members we spoke with tell us nearly one year ago Jersey Bridgeman was found chained to a dresser.

Her father and stepmother are now both in prison for that crime.

Since then the Arkansas Department of Human Services and the Benton County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) have kept an eye on the family.

Especially Andrew Lentz who worked with Jersey personally through the CAC.

more details about Jersey's sunny personality at link.

So what was this big "mistake" over which he almost lost his wife?

I think that's the million dollar question. More than likely she caught him doing whatever he was doing.

I am not sure that FB post on the 16th by ZH is related at all to Jersey. I have a feeling this is a guy who frequently makes big "mistakes" that almost always adversely affect his life and relationships.

If someone wanted to initiate a movement for something like that, appealing to the Walton's might be the way to do it. One of them, I think the daughter, has been buying property near the museum and downtown. I'm assuming to beautify and improve the area. This town is their legacy, and they do seem to be good people who care about leaving an improved Bentonville. I'm not sure it would even be practical, but I can't imagine the owners will ever be able to rent those houses again. I can't even bring myself to drive down that street. :(

That whole neighborhood is probably slated as a future parking lot or office building for either Wal-Mart or the vendors that have so many offices along 8th. I bet the two people who own Jersey's and the murder house were speculating that they'd make a profit when Wal-Mart needed that land. I'm pretty sure getting regular rent money hasn't been successful.

As far as AH, and her behavior on camera outside the trailer in the footage being discussed, this woman has been to jail something like 8 times and arrested something like 12 according to her own FB posts? Is anyone really surprised she acted in the manner she did? I don't know that it has anything to do with knowing or not knowing at the time the footage was shot that her husband was the perp. She may just behave that way normally.

Charlie Sheen is a juggalo? Lol
I don't know about a juggalo, but I could believe he's one of the insane clowns!

___________________________

If AH babysat for the girls, I wonder if Mom worked that night and got home about midnight. She would have to bring the girls home then and put them to bed. I just don't see her as a mother who would leave her young kids alone at night, even if there was a neighbor checking in on them. It still feels like some people just want to find some way to blame the mother, even if she did everything right. This just a wild guess, and maybe just projecting my feelings on others, but I sometimes wonder if we almost have to believe that one of the family is some kind of monster for our own peace of mind.

If we see a warm, loving family, well cared for kids, working parents, no drugs, etc., then we can look at them and say, "That could have been my family.child, whatever." On the other hand, if one of the parents, or another close family member, is on drugs, abusive, involved in other illegal activities, or in some other way completely different from us and our families, we can still believe, "It's a tragic thing, but it wouldn't happen in my family!" MOO (and I'm not even sure if I agree with it!)

Yes, that area is the one black eye in bentonville. I would love to see it bulldozed.

I would still like to know who placed the 911 call and wondering why LE won't release that information. Makes me think it was not mother otherwise why keep it hush hush. jmo

I do not, I am simply basing my statement off her own braggy sort of posts on her FB page. Even if I did know what her criminal history was, I am still unsure about dragging all that here, as she is not a POI or named suspect.

Just curious on my part since it has been mentioned she could have babysat with the children. Her number of arrests, etc. that you posted sounds like here she would be considered habitual. Unless of course her charges were for hot checks or shop lifting. May not be as ominous as it sounds. jmo

sorry mck16, not trying to sound snippy, just trying hard to stay within TOS while discussing this person.

Not even sure if she actually has all this criminal history, just going off her own FB entries which (although I don't know why anyone would lie about such things) COULD be untrue.

Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Jersey Bridgeman -6 year old bentonville girl found dead after being reported missing

to read steadfast's oroginal posts about FB updates. I cannot link hers as she is not charged and now Zach's has been shut down so this is our only record of what was on those pages unless they were screen capped. Sorry I could not be more help.

I wondered where that info (arrests, etc.) came from. I saw the FBs except hers. I didn't know and still don't know even her name. Thanks for your explanation.

I screen-capped her pages, I think, on my work computer -- guess I'd better seen what's in there and email it to myself.

just make sure you don't post them unless okay-ed by a MOD. I fear we are in dangerous territory here and I live in fear of the time out, lol.
