I would love to hear it, but we certainly don't want this case overturned due to a rights violation. I'm so superstitious about talking about a conviction before one occurs -- but I'll go ahead and at least say that I think the evidence that has already been put on record should be :crossfingers: enuff to put him away one way or the other.

I agree. I think this case is more about Life vs Death rather than Guilt.

And what in the world can the defense do to try to mitigate those pictures of that little girl who called him Uncle Zach? Oooohh. I am a wimp and a weenie -- words are my only weapons -- but this ~man~ makes me want to get in line with so many others, I'm sure, and just kick him and kick him again, and I will not say beyond that. Why are these beings on this earth? Lock him up and throw him in a pit. Grrrrr.

But I will say that our little Jersey is running, playing, eating ice cream, giggling and smiling all the time now. Fear is an unknown thing to her. All things are good and beautiful for her. Forever.

I'd like to see him shake even more. Maybe he will after a verdict or two. What a weaselly, low-lifed, weak, small-brained, chicken-hearted little man he is. I'll bet he would have never gone over there if a 6-foot 200-lb law enforcement officer had been over there in his own bed. Instead, he invaded a house where he knew a trusting woman with her two little girls were asleep in their own beds, totally unaware and not expecting Evil to walk into their home, in the darkness of night where all things creep and slither. And he did to her whatever he wanted. Whatever, until he was done. IMO, hell on earth will be his bunkmate until he finally leaves this earth. And then the hard time will begin. All IMHO.
