Jersey's Law - DNA involving murder / rape of a child = Automatic Death Sentence

A few days ago we were talking about what the family wants regarding a sentence. They said recently that they would stand behind the jury's decision. Today I went to the memorial page and was looking at the "about" screen and saw this:



So I suspect that even though they will stand with the jury, they would really like to see him get death (IMO)

not to derail......but if you get a chance, visit in "trials" a thread about natalie and chase (mistakenly labeled jonathan) deblase killed by their father and heather keaton their stepmother, in deliberations right now (and has gotten NO ATTENTION), i made a similar statement last night.......


and i agree with you, they want death imo and so do i

if arkansas is like other states, this is only a recommendation, and it's up to the judge upon sentencing.........although i HIGHLY DOUBT this judge would go against the jury and not give him death on the murder charge.......

is that the case there in arkansas libra? a recommendation? when will the sentencing be? i've closed out all my windows on this trial......i'm lost now lol

I do think the jury recommends and the judge sentences accordingly but I believe the judge did the sentencing today right after the jury recommended.
