Jewell Prevoe, 82, drove off to get something to eat. Family members have not seen him since. Family members said Prevoe suffers from dementia.

Prevoe is a black male. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 135 pounds.

When last seen, Prevoe was wearing a dark blue button up work shirt and blue jeans. He was driving his white-colored 2000 GMC extended cab, full-size pick-up with an 8-foot bed.
