Yes, that is exactly what I meant. We have heard from JB and Michelle (about the molesting his sisters) and from two of his victims (about molesting them). We have not heard from Josh himself about any of this. He has "issued an apology letter", two of them now, but he has not actually spoken an apology. Instead he is letting his "parents" and two of his victims make excuses for him.

Insteand he is letting his parents, two of his victims, and the wife he was cheating on make excuses for him.

This story is going to get so much worse .. Poor Anna!

In another thread, I read that this thread has been considered as anti-Christian. I do not believe that this is the case, but I wanted to throw it out here, to anyone who is reading -- does anyone think that this thread is 'anti-Christian', and if so, in what way?

I'm Christian and what bothers me is when people lump all Christians together in their criticism of the Duggars. Their Christianity doesn't look like mine. (Just this weekend we had a gay wedding at our church - and it was one of the most moving celebrations of love and family that I've ever witnessed at a wedding.)

I also think there is a misunderstanding about the concept of forgiveness. I do not want to get into a debate about what forgiveness means, but it does bother me when people scoff at it or don't understand it. I just scroll past those posts.

Mainly, I don't like blanket statements about "Christians" because we are NOT all like the Duggars! Not at all!

"Jim Bob's favorite word is 'no,' " says one Duggar family source. "He's like a dictator. He once saw a guy kissing a girl before marriage and confronted him about it. And the guy said, 'Jim Bob, show me that verse in the Bible that says we can't kiss. Get out your Bible.' And Jim Bob was like, 'Uhhhh ...' because no one ever confronts Jim Bob. No one."

I wonder if, after all this, Nike can sue the Duggars.

I don't see this thread as anti-Christian as much as anti-Christian-hypocrisy.

But I think the key word there is hypocrisy, not Christian.

In an interview conducted under a lie detector with magazine In Touch Weekly, 🤬🤬🤬🤬 star and stripper Danica Dillon makes explosive revelations about her time with Duggar.
...
He did not wear a condom.

and he's a cheapskate:

She agreed to a second sex session for the full $1500, as the first time he only paid her $1,000 of the promised $1500.

If this is true... I guess that's why he mentioned the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 addiction ? Because he knew that his sessions with 🤬🤬🤬🤬 stars would be coming out sooner or later and it gets you more pity if you're a poor little addict than if you're a john.

Danica — who passed a polygraph test conducted for In Touch by a top certified polygrapher on Aug. 24 — details her two sexual encounters with Josh in the new issue of +In Touch+, on newsstands now. The first occurred after Josh approached her at the Gold Club in Philadelphia, where she was performing, in mid-March and the second only a month later when Danica was performing at Creekside Cabaret in Colmar, Pa.

“He walked into the Gold Club like a normal patron and said he’d been a fan for a long time and has watched my career grow — he even said from before my boob job until recently — and that he loved watching my very first scene on [an adult website],” she tells In Touch. “Then it got creepy.”

Exactly why would Anna stay with him?

He can pursue his true calling which is reality 🤬🤬🤬🤬 star

"We all knew that something had happened, but it definitely wasn't portrayed in its entirety," says a source close to Anna. "Anna did know, but it was kind of something that was swept under the rug, and nobody made a big deal out of it."

Even after Anna's parents learned the truth, "they still gave their blessing," says the source, adding, "there was always something a bit odd about Josh."

"Their faith is in no way rocked by this," says another source with ties to the family. As for Anna, "she is fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children," says the source. "Divorce is not even something that will be discussed."

Well OK but get tested, Anna... This man did not care about your health enough to wear a condom when with a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 star.

If there's an upside to this, it's that it has just become a whole lot easier for Anna to leave him.

Yes, I agree. I hoping this is "enough is enough" for the family.

If this were a movie plot, it would be completely unbelievable. It's just too much.

And yet, I'm thinking there is going to be more. Anna, dear Anna, get out.

http://www.people.com/article/dugga...hristian-beliefs-children-weapons-culture-war

"In the Quiverfull movement, your kids are blessings from God and they are also weapons in the culture war," says Cavan Concannon, assistant professor of religion at the University of Southern California. "Some people in the movement would say that part of having a lot of kids is an attempt to birth more conservative Christians in a world that doesn't have enough of them."
